by the end of the day the two girls were cuddled up on the sofa together, a couple glasses of wine in. eventually taylor sat up gazing at the brunette ahead of her and tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "i love you taylor." the brunette whispered "i think im in love with you." the blonde lent in catching her lips before realising what she had done she quickly pulled away. "i wish you were a boy." was all she could say before she grabbed her bag and hurried out of the apartment leaving a broken delilah on the couch.
after that incident delilah began to spiral. she didnt leave her bed, she barely ate, she just rotted. its not just that taylor rejected her its the way she left without a care in the world, or so she thought.
"li, you cant stay in here doing nothing." her bestfriend whispers holding the girl in her arms. "i havent been doing nothing, i wrote a song." she muttered into her bestfriends neck.
