The Thanksgiving Day falls on Thursday.

A day before, Minji says to Hanni that she doesn't know whether she needs to work overtime or not for the next day. She asks Hanni to wait at the school, and she will call Hanni when it's time.

Hanni doesn't have a class that day, so in the afternoon, she just draws on her computer. When it's almost 06:00 p.m., she stands up and changes her clothes into a dress and wears light makeup. She even sticks on fake eyelashes, which she rarely does. She also uses blush. Very quickly, she notices that it's a bit weird, so she removes it all. She looks at the mirror, and she is having internal struggle. Just like this, she'd rather not be very pretty than letting Minji have a chance to be narcissistic. She returns to her seat in front of the computer.

Time passes by, and now it's 08:00 p.m., Hanni feels a bit hungry. She sends Minji a message to ask whether Minji is free or not. Minji doesn't reply. She hesitates and gives Minji a call. It's not answered.

Hanni thinks that she should be busy working overtime, that she doesn't see her message. But she thinks if she really does work overtime, she definitely will tell her. She doesn't hesitate anymore and calls her again. She calls seven to eight times, then it's answered.

Hanni releases her breath. "Minji unnie, are you working overtime?"

"I'm sorry, Hanni, unnie just saw your call." Unexpectedly, Minji's voice sounds hoarse. She is speaking slowly, it's hard. "Let's not go out today, okay? You go and have a meal by yourself. Don't starve yourself."

Hanni says, "Unnie, are you sick?"

"It's okay," Minji sounds like she says yes tacitly.

Hanni immediately takes her bag and asks, "Are you sick anywhere?"

Minji stops and thinks about it. "It seems to be a stomachache? Maybe I ate something bad yesterday. It's okay. Unnie will take the medicine."

Hanni frowns, "You aren't going to the hospital?"

Minji laughs lightly, "No, thank you little Hanni for caring about unnie."

Hanni walks faster to go out of the dorm building. She sees the new school bus. She gets on and asks Minji, "Minji unnie, where is your office?"

"You want to come here?"

"Yeah,"

Minji doesn't say anything else and just tells Hanni her office address.

Hanni notes it and asks seriously, "Unnie, are you feeling unwell?"

Minji says lightly, "It's not bad."

Hanni thinks about it and says, "Then find a place to sit down first. I'll go over right now to take you to the hospital. If you are really unwell, then let's call the ambulance, okay?"

Minji laughs, "It's not that serious."

"If you are unwell, then you must go to the hospital." Hanni feels a bit angry. Her tone is a bit harsh and loud. "Could you be better if you just endure it? If not, take a look if you have colleagues to take you there, let them send you to the hospital."

"Why are you angry?" Minji seems to find this funny. "Little Hanni, don't be angry. Unnie will be good, okay? Unnie will just stay here, to wait for you to pick unnie up."

Hanni takes the metro nonstop. She uses the map on her phone to find it. She enters the building and notices a lot of employees are getting in and out. She wants to ask Minji for the floor, but she notices that Minji is sitting in the hall.

In front of the reception desk, there are several sofas. Minji is sitting there. Her face is pale, her usual red lips are colorless. She is leaning on the sofa with her eyes closed. Her hand is covering her lower right abdomen. She shows no expression.
