𝓐 whole year had passed. Clara grew into her looks, becoming a young woman. At the age of sixteen, she was a star known around the world.
Clara's solo career started off great. Maurice wrote two songs for her and she eventually ended up going on tour along with New Edition.
The brown skin was a bit sad about no longer performing with them but at least she still got to spend all of her time with the boys she grew to love.
New Edition, on the other hand, took their fame to the heads. Their thoughts and feelings towards each were different than before.
Their negative emotions skyrocketed, especially since they all still harbored romantic feelings for the same girl. With Ronnie joining the group, he was able to understand why they liked her and fell for her too.
It was as clear as day that they all changed. They were no longer silly or innocent little kids wanting to make it out of the projects anymore.
The tour bus settled as fan girls and guys crowded the front of it, screaming loudly.
Clara stared at the commotion, concerned about the fact that their fans were passing out.
"Is he gone be ight?" The girl pointed at a boy who dropped to the ground. He held a poster with pictures of her face on it and it warmed her heart.
"Who cares?" Bobby chuckled, shrugging his shoulders as their security started to sway the fans away from the bus so that they could leave.
The boys played and joked around as the bus moved. Clara couldn't enjoy the ride because she knew that their lives of luxury were about to end.
