"December's chill was in full swing, and the morning air was crisp and cold. My friends and I woke up early, eager to seize the day. As we stepped out of our PG, the foggy morning enveloped us, and we couldn't resist capturing its beauty.
'This is insane!' Pankaj exclaimed, snapping photos.
'Better enjoy it while it lasts,' Aman chuckled. 'We have a long day ahead.'
The 6-degree temperature made our morning bath a daunting task. The water, stored overnight in the tank, was icy cold.
'Ah, this is torture!' I shouted, rushing through my bath.
Finally, we were ready for the third day of Activities Day. With no games scheduled, our class decided to make the most of the day.
As we strolled through the college, the atmosphere was electric. Girls clicked pictures, giggling and striking poses. Group selfies were taken, and new friendships forged.
I wore my favorite joggers and a cozy hoody sweater, feeling confident and ready to take on the day.
'Meet new people, have some fun,' Yash suggested, grinning.
We roamed around, discovering hidden gems in the college. My friends and I engaged in light-hearted banter, playfully commenting on the girls we met.
'She's gorgeous!' Aman whispered, nodding toward a girl with striking features.
'Not my type,'Pankaj replied, chuckling.
"After lunch, we headed to the canteen, where our classmates had gathered for a Truth and Dare game. The cloudy afternoon and chilled breeze added to the excitement.
For those who didn't know, Truth and Dare was a game where we placed an empty bottle in the center and took turns spinning it. Whoever the bottle pointed to had to choose either Truth or Dare.
Truth meant answering a question honestly, while Dare meant performing a task assigned by the group.
As the game progressed, our entire class joined in, eager to connect with each other and take on the challenges.
Most opted for Truth, but I, fueled by my newfound freedom, chose Dare.
My task? Give a flower to the most unlikely girl I'd ever met.
I scanned the room, my heart racing. I spotted a girl sitting alone, engrossed in a book.
I approached her, flower in hand, and introduced myself.
'Hi, I just saw you reading that novel. Mind if I join you for a minute?'
She looked up, surprised, and smiled.
We chatted for two minutes, and I greeted her with the flower.
'Will you be my friend?' I asked, completing the dare.
Yash recorded the moment as evidence.
The game continued, with tasks ranging from dancing to sharing phone numbers.
As I participated, I noticed a girl watching me through her glasses. Our eyes met repeatedly, but I lacked the courage to approach her.
She seemed intrigued, but I didn't know her name or how to break the ice.
The game concluded, and we dispersed, but I couldn't shake off the feeling that I'd missed an opportunity."
"As the college day ended, we retreated to our PG, exhausted but exhilarated. The Truth and Dare game had broken the ice, and we'd exchanged Instagram IDs with our new friends.
