Nikki and Jatin were sitting opposite to one another in that sea facing restaurant. Both of them were nervous and the venue selected by their families for their groom/bride - seeing ceremony was not helping them at all to ease the tension. While Jatin decided to bring his best friend Raghav for his mental support, Nikki was looking every now and then at Pallavi who was sitting two tables apart, along with the guy who came along with Jatin.
She saw Pallavi giving her a soft smile, gesturing that everything will be fine. But what Pallavi herself didn't knew was that she was being closely observed by a person sitting next to her.
For Raghav, he was not at all interested in coming with Jatin. Anything related to marriage was not his cup of coffee but nonetheless, he agreed to come only for Jatin. But as soon as he saw his hopefully, would-be-sister-in-law's best friend, he had a change of heart. He decided to sit there for a while, and this time he knew that he was doing it for the girl who caught his attention in the very first meeting.
"So what do you think?" she asked him.
"Huh? . .What?". He was caught in her eyes
"About them?"
"Well. . .I am not the right person to tell but I think . .he likes your friend already." He told her what he thought.
"Well I am also not sure but I think Nikki likes him too . ." She said with full excitement that made him smile.
"I am Raghav."
"And I am Pallavi." They gave each other a warm smile.
And that was their beginning.
