I was walking down the street thinking to myself why was fate such an ass, I mean my mate could of been anybody, Johnny in my English class, he was a nerd, but so so sweet. Sadly his mate is Ashley...Ashley Storm to be exact she's part of Laura's plastic clan, she didn't reject Johnny, they always hold hands, kiss in public and Ashley is not scared to ruin her reputation, she actually excepted fates choice.Why on earth am I thinking about Johnny and Ashley...Oh yeah, my so called mate is an asshole.

" LIBBY!LIBBY!" Someone screamed breathlessly, I stopped abruptly, and turned around. Doing so my face was met with a solid chest.

" Ouch!" Rubbing my nose I looked up to see Alec standing there, looking down on me.

" Hey, you okay?"Worried etched on his face

"Yeah, um... I got to go."He cupped my cheeks in his hands,and kissed the tip of my nose.

"What's wrong?"

" I'm fat... I'm ugly... I have no confidence... Who's gonna love me, everyone in my life comes and goes, the guy I really like doesn't even like me back." I finished in a whispered, I looked at the floor feeling the tears brimming my eyes.

"Hey.." He put his fingers under my chin and titled it up, so I could look into his eyes.

"Your beautiful... A little on the chunky side, but who cares, I personally would just love to squish all that." I giggled and gave him a small smile. He ran his thumb under my eyes and wiped away the remaining tears.

" Thank you"

"Anytime" Alec's phone started to ring, so I stepped out of his grasped.

" I...Um... Gotta take this." He smiled sadly.

"Sure, go ahead, I'm heading home anyways."

"Bye, Libby."

"Bye" I said waving and heading down the street.

I got home 20 minutes later, I opened the door and still smelt the faint blood of my father. I ran up the stairs and started to pack everything that I needed, I had to get out of this house, It's eating me up alive. The guilt, sorrow, memories... This house holds it all, all the fights, the good times, the bad times, movie nights, waking up at 6 in the morning in July, because Dad booked trips all around the world, The hide and seek, the adventures. I stopped packing and walked to the end of the hall where my parents bedroom is. I walked in and ran my fingers over the cold wall. The family pictures, school photos, vacation photos hung on the wall. Underneath the bed there was a box where Danny,Dad and I, put all of mom's belongings, I'll be doing the same for him now. I went through the closet and took all of my father's, baseball caps, ties, shirts and some of his jewelry. I ripped my mom's dresses off the hangers, and raided her jewelry box, and took all her things, her pendants, the thing I made her and her wedding ring. I put both on my fingers her's and dad's. This way I feel connected. I made sure to pack Danny's things that he needs for now, We'll come back with Alpha Felix, Betty and the warriors to get the rest of our belongings. I put the straps on my shoulders and ran out the door towards the forest. I shifted to my wolf, it's been such a long time, she's beige with black spots, my eyes are a basic dark brown, nothing special there. I ran and ran it felt like forever, I stopped I swore I heard something move by. I felt kinda scared because no one saw ,me in my wolf form before. My brother, and Dad did. I usually run at night, so I hope no one sees me. I was jogging for a good amount of time. When a red blurr rushed by. Before I knew it I was thrown to the floor, with a heavy pressure on top of me. A pure red wolf was standing on top of me with violet eyes. This wolf had power emanating from him, I bowed my head and whimpered he was hurting my paw. The wolf nudged me with his nose, I was mentally giggling, the wolf got off of me and went behind a tree to shift. He walked back out, red curly hair, freckles and big violet eyes. He doesn't look like someone I know.
