"So, what's been going on with you recently?" Maddie Ziegler asks her twin sister as the two are at their favorite cafe
"Not too much. I've been writing a few songs for my next album, like, all week which is draining. I've rarely even been on social media" Kenna responds and Maddie smirks. "What?"
"What?" Maddie asks, still smiling
"Why are you, like, smiling at me?" Jenna questions
"You've really not checked social media at all? Like, not Instagram, not TikTok, not Twitter, nothing?" Maddie asks, wanting clarification
"Nothing. I've gotten a lot of notifications and stuff, so I just turned my phone I silent" Kenna shrugs as she sips her tea
"Girl. Okay, let me show you" Maddie digs through her purse to find her phone. When she does, she goes to the search bar on TikTok and types in, "Paige Bueckers and Kenna Ziegler". The first things that pop up are ship edited, which Maddie shows Makenna. Then they finally get to the clip of the life where Paige slips up and reveals her crush on the girl.
Maddie shows Makenna the clip, and Makenna just stares at it. Mouth dropped a bit and eyes widened. "No fucking way" Kenna gasps
"Did you not just watch the clip? Yes fucking way" Maddie jokes with her sister.
"This is actually crazy. She's so hot" Makenna gushes
"You should totally make a move. She probably thinks you don't even know who she is, so she won't do anything I bet" Maddie suggests and Kenna nods, thinking about it
The girls continue to talk about what's been up with them the past week. After another hour, they say goodbye and Kenna gets in her white Range Rover. She drives to her house, blasting Sza, her favorite artist
When she arrives home, she parks her car in her long driveway in Beverly Hills. She steps out of her car, grabs her purse and goes into her house.
Makenna then changes out of her jeans and crop top and into simple sweatpants and sweatshirt before lying down on her bed. She opens up TikTok and immediately types in "Paige Bueckers edits". And for the next couple hours, well, let's just say she definitely, definitely thinks Paige is hot now.
