CHAPTER 4

Velvette woke up to the sound of her alarm, Glued by Melanie Martinez, her favorite song. She rolled over and turned it off. She yawned as she got out of bed and started stretching because her back was sore. She took a quick shower, dried off, and changed clothes. About half way through the ride, it started raining. It was actually pretty relaxing. The sky was gray and it looked like evening. Velvette got off the bus and put her hood on until she got into the school. But she was still soaked. She got her stuff and found Mia and sat by her on a bench at the school. "Hey," Velvette waved. -SKIP TO AFTERNOON THE PEP RALLY STARTED-
All the students made their way to the gym where the pep rally was. The halls were crowded and people were getting pushed left to right.
