Soma chimed happily as the tanned-skinned prince prepared to rush forward to make a claim on his dowry, A hand grasped his shoulder pulling him back through the crowd of men who approached to list their dowry for your hand in marriage.

Turning around to the tall Earl who held a small smile, Prince Soma's eyes lit up with joy at the sight of his seemingly best friend. "Ciel! My friend! Such great seeing you, again! This dance is amazing, isn't it? The princess is so beautiful closer! I wish to make her my wife!"
"About that, I need you to not place your dowry." Ciel mentioned, Prince Soma's eyes widened in surprise at his friend's words. "That is a hard promise, My friend, may I ask why?"
Eyebrow twitching in a hint of annoyance of needing to explain, Ciel quickly plastered a facial of heartbreak as he was quick to think of a lie. "I'm sure you were aware of mine and Lady Elizabeth's engagement... however I regret to inform you we broke it off early this year..."
