(CHAPTER 12)

The next day, when Sophia woke up she saw rahul wasn't there in the room she came out from the room she saw he was having breakfast with his parent so early. She went down stairs after fresh herself up and join them. Rahul's mother said rahul "when will you come back? You already knew next week is your reception. So try to come ASAP" rahul replied "yes mom! I will try to come within 5 or 4 days. Now I have to go it's already the time. Bye mom and dad" with awkward smile he looked at his parent first and then Sophia and said "bye Sophia" Sophia was also feeling awkward but replied "bye! Have a safe trip" rahul left and went to airport. After breakfast Sophia went in her room and started talking with herself she said "oh god! Why is this so embarrassing? I feel attacked for a second. I can tell his acting skills are the worst! Oh god! When will we go back to our apartment? It's so difficult for me to keep acting. But I have to because I want to take my revenge from rahul for ruining my life like this. He wants me to divorce? I will not give him. Why would I? If he want to give me then I will beat him until he turns into the pulp." (Devil laugh).
A normal day, Sophia was in her office managing the files she got a call from Ravi, he said to her "good afternoon Miss Sophia!" she replied "good afternoon Mr. Prakashker! What's the matter?" Ravi replied "nothing I just want to ask you... by any chance are you free tonight?" Sophia replied "yes I am! But why?" Ravi said "that's good. I want to meet you" Sophia replied "okay! Can you please send me the location" Ravi answered "sure!"
(At a restaurant) Sophia arrived before Ravi, she was waiting for him. When Ravi arrived she gave him a look like she is disappointed and happy at the same time. Ravi said "what's with that look? Don't you remember last I have to wait for you?" Sophia replied "oh c'mon! I was just 5 min late" Ravi said "no you were 10 min late" Sophia replied "oh! Well I was not going to yell at you even though you were late because I already knew that you will use my mistake as a shield" (They both started laughing). Sophia asked "anyway Mr. Prakashker why you want to meet me?" Ravi replied "you remember when we last time met at the café I wanted to your personal life but you denied because you don't merge business and personal life and said to me that we will become friends after the case is solved and then talk about our personal life. So I am again here to ask you when we will be friends" Sophia smiled and said "oh my god! It seems like you desperately wants to be my friend." Ravi asked "don't you want to be friend with me?" Sophia replied "of course why not we don't need to be friends we are already" Ravi said "exactly!" Sophia said "anyway Mr. Prakashker, I want to ask you something since we met" Ravi replied "what do you want to ask?" Sophia asked "you said you are lawyer, but most of your cases are from US, but you are also a lawyer who stand for trail in India as well so have you studied law and judicial system of both the country and how? Ravi replied "I never said that I am a lawyer in US, I just said I got a lot of orders. The orders of organizing top class exhibition. Most of the famous companies give me order to organize exhibition for their model of car, dresses, paintings etc. but in India I work as lawyer." Sophia said "oh! So that's the thing. Do live alone in US?" Ravi replied "no. actually my dad is an American and my mom is an Indian. And I have studied in India but due to some circumstances in my father's health 3 year ago I have to ship in US. I became an adult. I want to do something to earn money and I don't want to work in my father's company so I thought to do this business in US and became lawyer in India." Sophia asked "I appreciate you. Btw don't your parents come in India?" Ravi replied "they do but when some important occasion come. For example my cousin's wedding recently they were there and in few days they are coming in his reception too" Sophia said "that's great!" before Sophia say something Ravi got the call that was important. Sophia was waiting for him. After a while when Ravi came back he saw Sophia was on a call. As she cut the call Ravi said "I am sorry but that was an important call" Sophia replied "It's okay! But Mr. Ravi I think I have to go now. There is some relatives in my house who wants to meet me. I am sorry we'll talk about remaining things later. Bye" Ravi replied "it's okay! You should go. Bye" she was about to go Ravi said "Miss Sophia! Should I drop you to the home? Sophia replied "no thanks! Actually my driver is waiting outside for me. May be next time?" Ravi said "yes! For sure" (he punch his hand in the air with joy) but at the same time he was little bit sad because he didn't get the chance to ask anything but with a smile he said "MAY BE NEXT TIME?" and started blushing.
