When Izuku arrived home after saving the police and heroes he was rushed by his mother who was worried and frantically checking him for any injuries.
Izuku: Mom I'm fine
She stopped fussing about him and welcomed him home with a large meal just then Izuna had bolted through the door to find her brother just arrived home after she saw the news through her phone. Izuna had done the same as Inko and began to find any form of injury from the shoot out that Izuku had involved himself with.
Hisashi: Alright everyone let's take a deep breath and relax Izuku's home safe right now.
Izuku: thanks dad
Although it's been a long time since Hisashi heard Izuku call him dad he quickly turned away to wipe tears from his eyes and turned back to the family.
Hisashi: Since we're all together let's have lunch and Izuku can tell us about his bootcamp training.
During their family lunch Izuku began to tell his family about the two people who became his friends. He also told them about the extensive training the boot camp had them do.
Inko: So Izuku it seems you're fully committed
Izuku: Yes I'm fully enlisted into the UNSC
Izuku told his family and brought out his badge

As all family members held the badge one by one they noticed it held some type of weight but it wasn't due to the material it was made with but possible due to the responsibility that came with the badge.
After lunch Izuku helped with the dishes and went to his room to change out of his fatigues so he could properly relax. As Izuku was changing he heard a knock then his door open
Hisashi: Izuku want to... Damn what do they feed you

Izuku turned around and took his earbuds out not noticing that someone had walked into his room.
Izuku: What's up dad?
Hisashi: I wanted to know if you wanted to do something together right now
Izuku: Sure what did you have in mind
Hisashi: How about we go to the gym together.
Izuku: sure that sounds fun.
As the two got ready Inko and Izumi saw How toned Izuku's Muscles were and were shocked that he had changed.
Izuku and Hisashi had arrived at a gym they worked on Cardio, weights and endurance training. In the center of the Gym there was a boxing ring for any who wanted to spar.
After close to two hours of working out the father son duo were about to head home but Hisashi stopped him
Hisashi: Before we go home let's spar.
Izuku: Fine by me
(This particular scene with rocky and Apollo couldn't find the point I wanted to make only found it with the family guy parody)
Izuku: so what is this gonna prove I already forgave you and Mom
Hisashi: Nah nah I feel like you let us off too easy so I feel this will help you and I so care to ring the bell son
Izuku: Alright Ding Ding
The two slowly inch towards each other until they are within reach and both threw their strongest punch. The spar ended after three rounds with Izuku having a swollen lip and Hisashi with a black eye.
Upon getting home Izumi and Inko were shocked to see them beat up then Inko had lectured her husband on how stupid it was to fight their son. Then she lectured her son on how stupid it was that they fought.
Inko: Young man do you have anything to say?
Izuku: This month is gonna be fun before I go out on deployment.
Inko sighed then smiled and sent her son to bed so he could rest his lip after Izuku Inko then grabbed another Icepack and placed it on her husband's face.
The next day
Izuku woke up with his lip still hurting him while Hisashi still had impaired vision due to his eye swollen shut. Izuna was getting ready to train for UA
Izuku: How's training Izuna
Izuna: It's going well but I need help
Izuku: Help with what?
Izuna: combat training
Izuku: I'll help you then.
Izuku got changed and went into their backyard to wait for Izuna when she got to the yard she began to stretch. Once their initial warmup ended Izuku got into his combat stance.
Izuku: Alright Izuna I want you to rush at me
Izuna: okay
Izuna rushed at Izuku but her form was sloppy easily predictable and easy to counter Izuku didn't need to use half of his strength to beat her. All he did was redirect the punch used her weight and momentum to trip her and pin her to the ground.
Izuku: I recommend you look up multiple martial arts dojos and try a free class until you find a fighting style that you're comfortable with.
Throughout the morning Izuku taught his sister ways to disarm an enemy he also taught her take downs.
The entire month was dedicated to the family and rebuilding connections everyone began to appreciate and cherish the time they had before Izuku deployed to UNSC.
