Gemini's pov:

After I confessed to Fourth, I wrapped my arms around him, holding him tight, desperate not to let go. I wanted to be his, to feel like I belonged to him forever.

“I have to go see my brother,” Fourth said, his voice cold, distant.

“But you just bought this apartment, right? Please stay. I’ll call Lego and have him come here too,” I pleaded, tightening my grip.

“My brother will only stay in the mansion. I have to go to him.” His tone was firm, unyielding.

I stepped back, stunned by his indifference. “I can’t believe you, Fourth. I almost left my baby and wife for you. I was willing to risk everything for someone who can't even choose me.” My voice trembled with frustration and hurt.

Without waiting for a response, I stormed out, not giving him the satisfaction of walking out on me first. Why did I have to fall for such a ruthless guy? Tears burned my eyes, spilling down my cheeks. He didn’t stop me. He let me go, like I was nothing to him.

When I opened the door to my apartment, I found Pahn asleep on the couch. Carefully, I carried her to the bedroom, then retreated to the bathroom to wash up.

I crawled into bed beside her, trying to find some comfort, but the emptiness inside me wouldn’t let me rest. My mind was consumed by thoughts of Fourth. God, I love him.
Why couldn’t he love me back? Cuddling Pahn felt wrong, like I was cheating on him, even though we hadn’t truly been together.

I eventually gave up, left the bed, and collapsed onto the couch. My body was exhausted, but my mind was wide awake. Before I knew it, sleep overtook me.

Author's pov:

Fourth returned to the mansion, his brother still streaming online. He greeted him briefly and headed upstairs, hoping to escape the turmoil inside.

But Lego sensed something was wrong. He followed Fourth to his room, finding the door slightly open, he knocked softly on the door. “Please, baby, not now,” Fourth said, his voice heavy with exhaustion.

“It’s okay, Phi. But can I at least get a hug?” Lego’s voice cracked, and Fourth could hear him sobbing softly.

Fourth opened the door, and Lego rushed into his arms, tears spilling as he hugged him tightly.

“What is it, baby?” Fourth asked, stroking his brother’s back.

“You’re not okay, Phi. You’ve always been there for me, always helped me with everything, even my nightmares. But now, I can tell something’s wrong. Please, don’t shut me out. What’s happening?”

Fourth sighed deeply, fighting back his own emotions. “I’m afraid, baby. I’m scared, scared of falling in love. But what terrifies me the most is that I’ve already fallen for him and I can't help it”

Lego’s grip tightened. “It’s okay to fall in love, Phi. Just don’t lose yourself in the process.”

“I think I hurt him,” Fourth admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. “He confessed to me, but I couldn’t take it. How could I? He’s still with his wife, still has his portrait hanging on the wall. He hasn’t told her anything about us.”

“Phi,” Lego said, his voice soft and understanding, “I think Gemini’s a good person. The moment I met him, I could tell something was different. He has this aura about him. If he says he loves you, I believe him. It’s just the situation that’s holding him back.”

“Maybe you’re right,” Fourth muttered. “But I miss him. My princess must be so sad now...” His voice trailed off, a rare pout forming on his lips.

Lego’s eyes widened in surprise. “Wait. Princess? Did you just call him your princess? That’s insane!” he laughed, the tension in the room lightening for a moment.

“I need to see him,” Fourth said suddenly, excitement building in his chest. “Tomorrow, I’ll go and confess to him.”

The next morning, Gemini woke up to find Pahn already in the kitchen, preparing breakfast. He freshened up and joined her, but every time she tried to get close, he subtly pulled away.

“Honey, please, can’t you love me like you used to?” Pahn asked, tears streaming down her face as she turned to face him.

Gemini’s heart clenched, but he couldn’t lie to her anymore. “I’m sorry, Pahn. I just can’t. I don’t think I ever will again. But I promise I’ll be here for you and the baby. Always.”

“That’s not enough,” she sobbed. “I can’t live without you, Gemini.” She clung to him, her tears soaking through his shirt. She knew, she had heard him confess his love to the new neighbor last night. She was going to check on him she overhead him and slowly got back to her place.

Just then, Gemini’s phone buzzed. Fourth was calling, but he ignored it. Pahn noticed and smiled.

Later, there was a knock at the door. Pahn answered it and found Fourth standing there, looking determined.

“You!” she hissed, blocking the doorway. “Do you even feel guilty? You seduced my husband! For the sake of my baby, stay out of our lives!”

Fourth closed his eyes, breathing slowly to maintain his composure. He turned and walked away without a word, but her voice haunted him as he left.

His heart raced with a mixture of pain and fury. Rage bubbled inside him, uncontrollable, unstoppable.
Without thinking, he returned to his apartment and set it on fire.
He called the fire brigade, pressed the emergency button, and walked out, not caring about the consequences

Walking toward his car, he muttered to himself, “Watch what happens now, Pahn. You can’t keep him away from me. He can’t stay away.”

Gemini and Pahn heard the commotion outside and were horrified to see Fourth’s apartment engulfed in flames. Firefighters rushed to the scene, but Gemini’s heart sank.

Fourth might be inside. The thought of ignoring Fourth's call hit him like a punch to the gut. His legs moved before his mind could process it, rushing him toward the burning building.

“Pahn, I have to go check on Fourth!” he shouted desperately trying to get away.

“Wait, Fourth is the new neighbor right? You knew him?” Pahn asked, still blocking his path.

“Pahn, please! I need to leave!” Gemini shouted, breaking away from her and rushing to grab a cab. He was heading to Fourth’s mansion.
