Lego hurried upstairs and opened the door, finding Gemini in the middle of putting on his coat, ready to leave.
"Gemini," Lego called out, startling him. "Where are you going?"
"I don't know. I can't stay here," Gemini said, his voice shaky as he moved toward the door, but Lego stopped him by grabbing his arm.
"Do you really want to push Fourth to the edge like this?" Lego asked coldly. "Do you want him to turn into someone violent?"
"Pushing him? I just said I’m leaving. I have my reasons, Lego," Gemini replied defensively.
"What reasons? Perth?" Lego asked, raising an eyebrow. "Please, Gemini, stay. I don't want to lose my brother because of your insecurities. You need to stay and work this out."
"I'm not staying. Fourth yelled at me," Gemini said, his voice quivering.
"Do you even love him?" Lego pressed. "You’re ready to leave when all he thinks about is you. He cried so much when you went back to Pahn, and even then, he found ways to see you. He sacrificed so much for you. And now that you’re back, you're just going to walk away like this?"
Tears streamed down Gemini’s face. "I don’t want anyone else looking at him the way I do! And Perth... he looks at him intently. He's mine, Lego. Just mine."
Lego smiled softly at Gemini’s jealousy and patted his back. "Yes, yes, he's yours. So stop talking about leaving and start fighting for him. Make him see only you. Make him lose his breath just by seeing you from a distance."
"How?" Gemini asked, his voice soft and innocent.
Lego glanced at what Gemini was wearing and shook his head. "Look at your outfit. Let’s get you into something else for dinner."
"But he’s never complained about my clothes. He’s fine with what I wear," Gemini pouted.
"Do you want my help or not?" Lego teased. "If you want his anger to cool down, trust me on this. Now, wear this," he said, handing over a shirt and shorts from the wardrobe.
Gemini hesitated as he took the clothes. "This shirt is missing half its buttons! And the shorts... I feel so exposed," he complained, trying to cover his chest after changing.
"Wear it, and you'll thank me later," Lego said confidently. "You said Fourth is yours, but you're not doing enough to keep him."
"Fine," Gemini huffed. "But that Perth better know better than to look at my man." He flipped his hair dramatically.
Lego stared at him for a moment before quickly excusing himself. "Damn, Gem... I think... I’m falling for you," he muttered under his breath as he rushed into the bathroom.
Confused, Gemini stood by the door while Lego looked at himself in the bathroom mirror, splashing cold water on his face. "No, Lego. No, that's your brother’s man... calm down, calm the fuck down," he whispered to himself, trying to get a grip.
After a moment, Lego emerged from the bathroom. "Fourth’s been calling you," Gemini said, handing him the phone.
Lego picked up the call, still flustered. "The maid’s already prepared dinner and left. Where are you? Dinner is ready," Fourth said before hanging up.
Gemini eyed Lego suspiciously. "Why isn’t Fourth calling me? Is he still mad?"
"Let’s just go. Dinner’s ready," Lego muttered, avoiding Gemini's gaze.
But Gemini stopped him. "Lego, you said something earlier about falling for me..."
"I was kidding!" Lego quickly replied with a nervous laugh. "You’re not even my type."
"Good," Gemini smiled, relieved. "Because that had me worried."
They made their way downstairs to the dining area, where Fourth was deep in conversation with Perth, casually sipping water. He didn’t notice them at first until Gemini called out, "Fourth…"
Both Fourth and Perth turned toward them, and Fourth nearly choked on his water at the sight of Gemini. Perth couldn’t even close his mouth, his eyes wide in disbelief.
Fourth swallowed hard, blinking rapidly as he stood up to pull out a chair for Gemini. As he did, he flicked Perth’s forehead with his finger. "What are you staring at?" he asked sharply.
"N-nothing," Perth stammered, quickly looking down.
Fourth’s eyes trailed over Gemini’s exposed chest, and he swallowed again, feeling his throat tighten.
All the anger he had felt earlier seemed to vanish, replaced by a sudden rush of desire.
He tried to control himself, but his leg started bouncing under the table as he struggled not to reach out and touch Gemini.
The overwhelming need made it hard for him to concentrate, and he realized he had a full-blown erection just from looking at him.
Despite trying his best to keep his composure, the way Gemini looked tonight was driving him insane.
