Namjoon
Why does Yoongi hyung think you have a crush on a maintenance guy?
Hoseok stares at the screen, wondering where to start. Namjoon is well aware of the fact that Hoseok is completely smitten with his roommate.
Hoseok
It's a long story
Namjoon
Then tell me the short version
Hoseok
He was shirtless
Namjoon
... the maintenance guy?
Hoseok
No you idiot, my annoyingly hot roommate
Namjoon
Sorry, I'm still struggling to figure out where the maintenance guy comes into this equation
Hoseok
He was also there
Namjoon
... kinky
Hoseok
Not like that! Pls be serious
Namjoon
Sorry, you were saying?
Hoseok
Yoongi was shirtless and the maintenance guy walked in to fix the refrigerator, so I blamed the fact I was freaking out on the cute handyman and not Yoongi's bare chest
Namjoon
Ah. you couldn't have just let him see you blush?
Hoseok
Absolutely not
Namjoon
He'll find out eventually. You live together. You can't hide the fact you're in love with the guy forever.
Hoseok
I am not in love with him. I just... think he's hot
Namjoon
Sure, you just keep telling yourself that.
Hoseok drops his phone into his lap, taking a long sip of his drink. As he looks around the bar he silently curses himself for being the first one there. Avoiding his phone, he doodles in the condensation on the table, dragging his finger across the smooth surface.
'Hyung!' a voice cuts through the noise, making Hoseok look up. Jungkook dances through the crowd, coming to sit beside him in the booth. 'You're already here.'
Hoseok pulls out his phone, ready to add another drink to the table's order. He turns the screen so that Jungkook can see the menu.
'I'll just order my usual,' Jungkook shrugs, tapping the screen. At the same moment, Hoseok's phone vibrates in his hand and Jungkook's face lights up. 'Wait, hyung, who are you in love with?'
