🍁 || Before joining, be sure to give this book a shoutout on your message board (be sure to tag me) and give a permanent follow to both this account or my main account (Dove-Writes). When you follow either of these accounts, your follow must be permanent, or your entry will not be accepted. OPTIONAL: Add this book to your public reading list(s) to spread the word about these awards!
🍁 || Respect your judges' decisions. If they have results that you don't agree with, don't argue. If there is something you think is wrong, you can let me know and we can get it sorted out. I trust that the judges will be honest with the people they're assigned to judge.
🍁 || Follow your judges before the first round of judging begins! I will let you and your fellow competitors know when I have your judges so you can follow them. If you refuse to follow your judges once I tell you who they are, your book will be disqualified.
🍁 || When hiring judges, be sure that that judge(s) know what that fandom is! It would be unfair if they judged your fanfiction and had no idea what it was about.
🍁 || To be fair to other contestants, your story cannot have over 50K views! There is no limit to the least amount of views; I'm here to help you build that status! Your story must also be at least two weeks into being published. If you republished your story, that still doesn't count since I have no way of knowing if you're telling the truth. Your story may also be a short story or one-shot, as long as it is still a fanfiction.
🍁 || Your story must be in English. And even if it is in a language that the judge(s) speaks, it is still not accepted.
🍁 || Before joining, you must add one of my own fanfictions (on my main account) to your public reading list(s). This is also sort of in exchange for adding your books to my reading list.
🍁 || Participants, remember to both follow your judges AND comment on one of your judge's books. Your judges work incredibly hard for all of you, so I expect y'all to show the same amount of respect that I expect the judges to show you.
🍁 || PASSWORD: Your favorite flavor of ice cream. (Before putting your form in, be sure to check this, as the password will change every few days!)

🍁 || Do not be biased toward the participants. The results should be what it really is, not what you think. If I catch you being biased, I will disqualify you and replace you immediately. I want to ensure that this is a friendly and fair contest.
🍁 || Be as honest and encouraging as you can. Anyone who has entered is trusting you to be kind and honest, and so am I. This contest is to help writers improve the skills they need to work on to become the best that they can be.
🍁 || Judges AS WELL AS participants must check to see if they have followed all the rules. There is a reminder in the forms sections as well.
🍁 || Respect is mutual and must be given to anyone and everyone at all times. And not just in this contest, but everywhere.
🍁 || DO NOT STRAY FROM THE ORIGINAL CRITERIA. It will confuse the participants and make my job as a host harder.
🍁 || Note that you can only choose one fandom to judge, unless you would like to judge all of the first three chapters of 20 books, although that would take a lot of time.
