Spider-Man takes him on, giving Dr. Connors, Martha Connors a chance to escape. Electro vents his rage on Spider-Man for losing his only chance for a cure and the fight pursues outside. In the mêlée, Spider-Man spots a pool and plunges Electro inside, short-circuiting him into unconsciousness.
After this, Electro is taken to prison and this you might think is where the episode ends, but no, Doc Connors gets his arm back that night and he is overjoyed giving Peter and Gwen an A+ and the family celebrates and remember those little parties they have in school on special occasions, Dr. Connors comes in with a pizza party because of this.
That night, Martha begins to find scales slowly entering his body because he tested on his son, Billy’s pet lizard. This makes Martha angry that he would do such a thing but he is defensive.
Also that night, Connors is struggling to sleep as we see war flashbacks to him losing his arm and we get cameos from Captain America, Wolverine and Namor basically he was fighting with The Invaders. He wakes up and he’s now a Lizard. He rampages through the city and it’s heard all over The Bugle that he rampaged through the zoo ending the episode.
