Happy Navratri dear readers 💃🏻
Please read the authors note at the end!!
It's been two months since the event and the drama that took place between gulaab and aashna Randhawa. Finally my gulaab gave her a peace of mind.
At the moment both the Rathores and Rajvansh's were here in Jaipur for our monthly get together and also to plan for the yearly family trip that we always go to.
All of us are free from our work. The girls are already done with their work and so all of us planned to go on a trip.
Right now all of us were sitting in our living room discussing where we should go. The living room was buzzing with energy, packed with everyone arguing about where to go for the yearly family trip.
I leaned back on the couch, watching the chaos unfold. My parents, sat nearby, throwing amused glances at each other as Kiara and Aadhya debated over Kerala.
“No way, Kiara. We’ve already been to Kerala,” Aadhya said firmly, arms crossed. “It was amazing, but we’ve done it before. We need something fresh.”
Kiara huffed. “I just thought the beaches and backwaters were so relaxing.”
“They were,” Mahi agreed, “but Aadhya’s right. We need something new.”
Rey, lounging back in his typical relaxed manner, jumped in. “Well, we’ve already done Rajasthan inside and out so there's no chance we'll go here anywhere and we've also been to almost all relaxing place.
And I suggest something adventurous which we can't do here, so how about something completely different? What about the Northeast? I’ve heard Meghalaya is beautiful, with all those waterfalls, caves, and forests.”
Aadhya’s eyes lit up at that. “Now you’re talking. Meghalaya sounds awesome. It’s so green and not too touristy. Plus, the living root bridges look amazing.”
Ruhaan, who had been mostly quiet, perked up at the idea. “I’ve seen pictures of those bridges they’re incredible. And there’s a lot of trekking and natural beauty. It’s definitely something we haven’t done before.”
I nodded, liking the idea of exploring somewhere less obvious. “Plus, it’s not just about adventure. We could relax in Shillong too. It’s got that colonial vibe and a nice climate.”
Mahi clapped her hands excitedly. “I’ve always wanted to visit the Northeast! It’s so different from everywhere else in India. Can we go to Kaziranga too? I’d love to see the rhinos.”
