A group of sinners walked to the arena where they would face each other. Excitement ran through the majority of them. They would be facing their friends in a game of Airsoft and were more than prepared.

They look at their competitors one last time before being sent to different starting areas. Some start in forests and others in buildings.

The chosen area was a simple one-a forest with a small city at the center. There was a collection of small office buildings and factories in the city-little sheds and outhouses littered around the area. How the area stayed in perfect condition with sinners rampant through the first ring, only God knew.

They were given a short tour of the general areas. Idea past ideas sprang from the minds of the participants, each duo came up with different strategies to deal with one another. Some more explicit others simple, either way, victory would go to the best team.

Focusing on the nervous sheep sinner teaming with the crazy maid. They started near one shed just a few ways away from the main city.

Aloe: "So...uh."

Nifty: "Heh."

They wore the standard Airsoft protective gear and held their weapons in hand. They had both chosen to not acquire custom tools they were the least prepared group of them all.

Aloe sheepishly looked away. She just couldn't with the small Cyclops. She swears that her smile extended way past the limits of her face. It was unnatural.

Nifty: "Let's go that way."

Nifty pointed in a random direction, looking there Aloe saw that in that direction was the darker part of the forest.

Aloe: "I'd rather not- Hey Wait!!!"

Nifty not caring for her partner's opinion ran towards the darkening woods at full speed. Aloe not wanting to separate from her partner, ran after her.

In another part of the map, a smiling figure expertly maneuvered around the trees making sure to not leave any visible markings. Following slowly and less skillfully, Angel walked behind him.

Angel: "What are you doing?"

Alastor: "When pursuing smart prey, leaving a trail could jeopardize the hunt. So I implore you to follow my lead."

Angel: "It just makes you look stupid."

Alastor grin slightly wrinkles but doesn't respond.

Angel: "So, where are we going?"

Alastor: "We're heading to the city, my specialty."

Angel: "I thought your specialty was the forest, you do have one in your room."

Alastor: "Oh no, that's simply for the view. The city, however, is made for me."

Angel shrugs.

Angel: "Well, you're in charge."

In the city, walking down a street discreetly, a figure was silently complaining while the other listened with bored attention.

Will: "...I mean the guy was an idiot!!! How could you not choose a map an Overlord was interested in? An Overlord for crying out loud! When I'm done here, I'll personally ruin his entire life!"

Charlie: "Are you seriously going to ruin his life just because he didn't choose the giant factory map?"

Will: "I've done worse for less."

Charlie: "But a map?"

Will: "You don't get it, that map was made for me! Plenty of things I could swing from, throw at, or simply rest in. I could have made a multitude of traps for everyone and plenty of twists and turns, Alastor wouldn't have been able to take a clear shot at me. Nobody else would be able to get close to me. It would have been a granted win!"
