Miyoung's Pov
1 day later after i said yes to the marriage, I was sitting across my two bffs, Kim Mingyu and Choi Taerin. "Guess what.." i started "what..?" "I'm getting married." I said with a straight face. Taerin was coughing violently while Mingyu was staring at me with wide eyes

"Are you fucking serious!?" Taerin asked after composing herself "yeah i am.." i said while smiling. "Is it an arrange marriage..?" She asked me again and i nodded

"But i-i thought you wanted to marry someone you love?" Mingyu muttered. "Actually..it's for the business purpose, our company has lost some deals and the stocks are going down..so to help my parents i'm doing this" i said while fiddling with my fingers. "And tbh, i feel like he's not that bad.." i added and i noticed mingyu glancing at me

"If it makes you happy..then i guess i'm supporting you. Btw, who's the guy??" Taerin asked with excitement. "His name is Lee Dokyeom and he's the—" "wait wait..lee dokyeom as in THE LEE DOKYEOM?! The only heir and the CEO of DK enterprises?!?" Taerin asks, her eyes bulging out while mingyu frowns "yup thats the one" i said

"Omg Miyoung!! You're getting married to the dream guy of every girl!!" She exclaims "I mean, its for business but he said we can try to be like an actual married couple" i said while blushing and looking down with shyness

"Well..I heard that he's kinda cold to others, and doesn't trust easily" she said after taking sip of her drink. "Wait really..? He seemed so sweet though..but why do you think he's cold to others..?" I asked her

"I heard that once, a person whom he trusted a lot took advantage of his kindness and broke his trust, so..he became cold and has trust issues i guess.." Taerin said remembering whatever she read once in an article. My phone rang and i saw the caller Id and sighed.

"Hey uh..my Father is calling i better go home now." I said and stood up from my seat. I smiled and hugged Taerin and Mingyu and left.

Mingyu's Pov
'Apparently, a person whom he trusted a lot took advantage of his kindness'

I scoffed kindness my ass!! That was just to hide his true intentions! I cant believe this guy is getting married to the girl i like

I entered his mansion and the maids greeted me, but i was too furious to even care about them at the moment.

I slammed open his room's door to see him seated on his desk doing some work on his laptop. He glanced at me and went back to his work. I closed and the door and stormed towards and held his collar and he didn't look surprised at all

"You fucker! You know i fucking like her!!" I yelled at him, while he looked bored with my anger. He's my fucking friend and betrayed me!

"Exactly! You like her. But I, love her" he said with a smile and removed my hands off his collar. I scoffed at him "how can you do this to me! I trusted you Dokyeom! I fucking trusted you! How can you betray me!!" I was beyond hurt by his actions. "Everything is fair in love and war, Mingyu.." he said calmly.

"And think about it. Do you think she would reciprocate your feelings? She just sees you as her friend" he smirked. As much as i hate to admit it, he was right. But that doesn't mean i was gonna give up on her.

"C'mon let's go and have dinner" he said and put an arm around my shoulder. I jerked it off and said, "to hell with you and your dinner!! Seriously! Fuck you Dokyeom!" I left his room and was storming out and heard his mom calling me but i ignored her and left

Now, i like her but i seriously don't want to be under the same roof as him so i left. But before leaving i could hear her asking Dokyeom whats wrong but that he just said "he's just upset i didn't tell him about the wedding" that bitch!

Miyoung's Pov
I did my night skin care and threw myself on my bed and was scrolling through the phone when i got a message from Dokyeom. My heart started racing, making me worried if it's gonna jump out of my chest. Okay...don't be weird just be normal. I took a deep breath and replied

Heyyyyyyy
How you doing??

I'm doing good
What bout you?

I'm doing good too..
So, did you tell your friends about our marriage?

I did
And they were really surprised
Cuz we all thought i would be the last one to get married among us three
Especially my friend Taerin

You seem close to her the most

Yup. She's my bff, I'll introduce her to you one day

How did Mingyu react though?
