FUTURE

Entire kingdom was overjoyed. They celebrated the birth of their prince who was blessed by the gods.Heavy donations of grains golds silver and other essential items were carried out in the kingdom. Several poojas and rituals were conducted. Many brahmins and learned sages visited and blessed the kid.

FEW  DAYS LATER.

Where are we going priye? asked a confused Rudra while riding the chariot alongwith his wife and newly born son.

Soon you will come to know arya but for now just follow my words. We are going to a place which holds a significant importance in my life. We are going to meet someone whose words never fails replied the sassy queen.

Rudra wanted to ask more but he knew that he won't get any more answers from his stubborn wife so he chose to remain mum.

Soon they crossed the borders and started venturing in the foreign lands.

Priye if i am not mistaken this path leads to panchavati questioned the king.

Yes my lord he got the reply.

And who exactly are we supposed to meet.

Patience my dear husband patience.

Soon they entered in the panchavati. Here the atmosphere seemed very calm and serene. It offered a sense of tranquility. The environment was very clean
It seems if nature has itself bestowed a specific blessings to it. The mother nature has granted a special favor.

At last the chariot stopped in front of a large banyan tree. Here noone is present priye. It seems the place is secluded and deserted.

No arya the person whom i am talking about is extraordinary. Noone can meet her only she chooses whom to meet.
Arya you were asking who is that person whom i wanted to meet so desperately especially right after the birth of my son

In fact she is the one who guided me when i was wandering aimlessly in the whole aryavarta. Ahe advised me ro go to Gandamana hills to perform tap to appease lord Mahadeva. She even told me all my wishes will come true when the right time arrives replied Chandrika holding her baby.

Infact all the kings of aryavart can do anything just to have a meeting with this particular person. Her counsel is sometimes referred to as the will of gods even though she proclaims herself to be just a medium of god's will to the human. The former king of Magadha Jarasandha was going to perform the havan for devi Kali on her counsel.

She is knowns as Guruma in the entire aryavarta.

Chandralekha called out the name Guruma Guruma please come forward and give me your darshan. I am Amba whom you helped years before please come before me don't deprieve me of this fortune.

Soon the stem of that huge banyan tree divided into two parts and opened like a door with yellow light emerged from inside.

Come let's go arya this means Guruma will give us her time. Rudra who was too amazed to say anything simply follwed her.

Soon they were inside the tree walking down a pathway leading them to a source of light which became brighter and brighter as they neared.

Soon they reaached their destination and there a lady of middle age sat in meditating position with her lips forming Om sign and two to three more young ladies probably her disciple were standing right beside her.

They indicated the couple to take their srat and wait for the their guruma to finish her meditation.

Finally after a long time which seemed eternity to Rudra Guruma opened her eyes and soon she turned her attention towards the couple and as if knowing that they would come she remarked so you had come Amba or Should i say Chandralekha. I was waiting for you.

Guruma was cladded in saffron saree with a big tika on her forehead and various types of rings adored her fingers. Her wrist was adorned with rudraksha mala. Her neck also had varuous rudraksha mala in the form of necklace and necklaces of various beads. But the most important thing about her appearance eas that her eyes held wisdom far beyond her age. Truly those eyes seemed to look a person eight through their soul. It may appear intimidating for any stranger but not for Chandrika.

Chandralekha and Rudra stood up from their position and joined their palm and greeted her- Pranipat Guruma. I have come here to ask for your blessings to my first born. I want you to bless him and please i request you to just touch him as your touch itself is a ticket to happiness and contentment.

Guruma smiled a bit as her lips curved in to smile. She said I am not a god Chandralekha i am just a medium to deliver the message of god's to the humans. It is upto human' s will to decide whether to act on it or not.
Nust as i advised you but you chose to act on it .

Chandralekha - i am sure we will do exactly as you commands us to do just have a glimpse of our son so that even he can bask in your glory.

Saying that she forwarded her kid to Guruma.

Guruma- looked at the face of a radiant and beautiful face of a sleeping kid.
He who is going to change the fate and future of the world. It is surprising you have come here to know his fate and future.
Guruma looked at the kid and touched her little fingers and closed her eyes. The sound of clashing swords ,battle cries, and falling soldiers and the flag bearing the symbol of sun fluttered  high above all on a chariot.

Guruma smiled a bit and opened her eyes and looked towards the hopeful eyes of the couple and said I see battles victory and eternal glory.

Chandralekha was overjoyed hearing this piece of information but the next words of Guruma stunned her to the core.

Guruma- but Chandrika your son will choose a path which will no doubt give him the name which he so desires but name doesnot come cheap you have to pay handsomely. His payment comes from his mercy and benevolence.

Chandralekha who was now totally confused shuddered to even entertain a thought harm befalling on her family asked what are you trying to convey me Guruma speak clearly.

Guruma- I am not saying anything. I am just telling what is the will of the almighty. His mercy and benevolence will be his doom. He will fall if he follows his natural instincts. Beware Chandralekha your son is destined for greatness bjt his merciful nature may hinder his path. If he continues following his natural tendencies he will fall. Never ever let him take any useless vows and donot let him show any mercy.

Chandralekha - who was till now restless gathered her composire and wiped the tears which were threatening to come out of her eyes resolved firmly and said if this is what you want Guruma I will make sure my son  will never show any mercy on his enemies he will be scourge on the ones who dare  stand against him. He will be the shield of his family. He will never ever give any useless vows.

Then you should go Chandralekha as i have nothing more to offer you - Guruma.

Okay Guruma We  will take our leave. Let's move arya- Chandralekha.

Soon they emerged out of that tree.
Rudra was deep in his thoughts. Seeing him pondering She couldn't resist and asked are you disturbed by what Guruma has predicted for our son arya?

Rudra- yes my love; I am feeling a bit apprehensive and a sense of fear is slowly creeping into me as i dread to think about future.

But future is not in our hands arya. Whatever is destined to happen will happen but ee as a human being can do what is in thier hand. And moreover it is good that we have been able to know what can be detrimental to our son in advance. Perhaps it's a sign that even gods don't want him to have any weakness. Ee should think it this way countered Chandralekha.

Rudra nodded his head in approval and said come let's go it's time we reach our palace.
