CW: Light disturbing content, worms, throwing up during the first part.
I can feel them. They're crawling inside of me again. I hate it.
It's painful. The worms inside of me are so painful. They're inside my body, inside my organs. All of my body is filled with worms. It hurts. It hurts so much.
It feels like I'm going to explode. It feels like my stomach is going to explode. They're all over me. It hurts. I feel disgusting.
I can't take it. Someone get them out. Please. I'm begging you. I can't do this anymore.
Oyakata-sama. Tanjiro. Nezuko. Someone. Help me.
Why? Why must I go through this? What did I do to deserve this? Why?
Someone help me. I can't take it anymore. Everything burns. There's blood everywhere.
Giyuu shot up with a loud gasp, feeling her stomach churning as she sat up, nearly falling from the bed. Besides her, her husband let out a quiet groan as he shifted around. The black haired woman stumbled out of the bed, her legs guiding her to the bathroom of the room. She swung the door open, running to the toilet, flipping the lid open so hard she thought she tore it apart, and basically poured out what she had for dinner just a few hours earlier. She vomited a mix of a disgusting green and yellow that she was too tired to distinguish. "Ugh..." she groaned, resting her cheek against the lid.
"Giyuu?" she heard her husband call. She turned her head, seeing Laxus standing by the doorway, a tired yet concerned look on his face as he looked at his wife. Giyuu tiredly lifted her head from the lid, looking at Laxus as if she was in a daze.
"L-Laxus..." she mumbled. He slowly walked up to her until he was next to her, kneeling down next to her. He placed his hand on her back, gently rubbing circles on it to soothe her down. She leaned onto his touch, wiping the corners of her mouth.
"Nightmare again?" he asked. She hummed quietly. She didn't wanna talk about it at all. It was better not to, she'd rather not remember that feeling at all. Laxus understood the silent message, nodding. He wrapped his other arm around her, pulling her close and letting her rest her head on his chest. She inhaled softly, taking in her husband's scent. He smelled like lightning, but that was to be expected. Laxus is a lightning mage, after all. They sat there, the silence overtaking the room. The only thing that could be heard were the sound of their even breathing.
