~Present time~

Jeff's pov

I grip my hoodie tighter in my sleep unaware of the tears falling down my cheeks or that EJ had opened my door and is now inside my room standing at the foot of my bed.

"Rin..." I mumbled and whimpered in my sleep.

EJ then kicked my bed frame until I woke up. I sat up quickly and glared at him.

"What the hell do you want!?" I growled angrily at him.

"Slender wants to see you, and since when did you start talking and crying in your sleep?" He asked, chuckling.

"Since fuck you that's when!!! Why are you watching me sleep you creepy silent bastard!!!??" He ignored me and looked around my room, his eyes or gaze soon landing on the nightstand beside my bed.

"So who's Rin? Is this him?" He asked while walking over to the nightstand holding the framed photo of me and Rin when we were kids.

"None of your damn business who he is and put that down!!!" I yelled at him frustrated as I went to grab the frame, that he moved out of my reach at the last second.

He just sighs, putting it back on the nightstand and walks out. I grumbled and got out of bed putting my hoodie back on, stopping to look at the name in the tag once more before pulling it over my head. I wiped the tears off my face with the sleeves and stuffed my knife in my pocket then walked to Slender's office to see what he wanted. Upon reaching his office doors I knocked waiting for his approval to enter.

"Enter." He says, I enter the room shutting the door then walking to his desk and sitting in the chair he pointed to. "I will be sending you on a mission. It may take you a few days to a week to finish, do take your time. You may bring your dog Smiles with you as well if you so choose." He handed me a manila envelope, I opened it and read the papers inside.

"Alright I'll go." I stood up and headed towards the door.

"Oh and as I said take your time but do not take any longer than two weeks or you will get punished, understand?"

"Yes, Slender." I walked out the room and back to my room packing a small bag before getting Smile and heading out.

'I want to stop at Rin's grave first before I leave. He probably needs new flowers by now.'

I made my way to the town staying in the shadows even though it was getting dark. I made it to the cemetery. I grabbed some flowers from different graves as I made my way towards Rin's. I kicked at his parents' and siblings' graves, which are demolished due to me doing it every time I come to see him. I then placed the flowers down in front of Rin's grave before sitting down in front of it with my dog Smile sitting beside me looking at me then the grave.

"Hey Rin, it's me Jeff again, it's good to see you again buddy. Hey listen I will be out of town for a while, so this will be the last time I visit till I get back. But as soon as I'm back I will come see you first and tell you about it. Okay?" I said to the headstone, I smiled and gently gave the tombstone a kiss, getting some of my blood on it. I stood up placing my hand on the spot I had just kissed. "I'll see you later than Rinnie, and hey don't get any girls while I'm gone either, I am the only one you will ever need got it?" I chuckle softly and leave.

I left the cemetery completely unaware of the pair of eyes that had been watching me since the moment I had entered. But Smile had noticed them and kept looking back at a tree and whining at it every so often. I brushed it off and assumed he saw a squirrel or a cat up in the tree was all.

Rin's pov

I watched from my spot in the tree as a guy and their strange dog entered the cemetery. They walk up to a grave that was marked as mine, he kicks my family's already broken graves then sits in front of mine. He sits there for a while talking to my head stone. I can't really see what the guy looks like he had his hood up covering his head. I tried to listen in on what he was talking about to the grave but I couldn't hear much of what he was saying but I did catch what his name was; Jeff. He then kisses the stone and gets up leaving the way he came, as his dog kept whining and looking up at me and Loki. I smile and shake my head then place my hand over my eyes.
