Walking out of my business class, which was even more boring than I remember.
My phone rings, I look to see it's my father.
"Hello Papá!" I cheer into the phone.
(Translation: Spanish| dad)
"Hello Amado" he husky voice rings through the other side of the phone.
(Translation: Spanish| dear)
"Necesito que pases por mi oficina, tengo algo importante que discutir contigo"
(Translation: I need you to stop by my office, I have something important to discuss with you.)
"Vale, papá, ¡llegaré enseguida!" My dad bids me goodbye and hangs up.
(Translation: Spanish| Ok dad I'll be right over!)
Making it to my car to head to my dad Work.

Arriving to my dad's work I pull into the parking garage and make my way to the elevator .
Once I make it to his floor I wave to his assistant.
Walking to my dad's office door, knocking lightly.
A husky come in rings through the other side of the door.
Making my way into the office.
I walk to sit in one of his chairs in front of his desk.
"Elodie this is a very serious matter, you might not like it, but it will benefit my business greatly." He's face is serious along with his tone.
"Ok I'm listening" I hesitate.
"You've been arrange to be married."
Just as than my whole world come crashing down.
Just to think my life was starting to feel normal the universe has to tell me other wise.
"W-what do you mean, An arrange marriage! I didn't ask for this!" I yell angrily.
"I know, Mi amor, I know but like I said it will benefit my business greatly. This is very important to me and your mother."
