It starting to become close to our engagement announcement, than our Engagement party after.
I made Elodie get up so she can pick her ring out, I don't wanna mess something that special to her up.
And she also wants to get her Engagement dress and other things she wants, I wasn't really listening.
We are currently on the way to the ring shop that's in town, we've talked little about what she wants.
Pulling in the small jewelry store, I turn the off, I step out of the car and make my way over to Elodie's side.
Once she's out, I lace my fingers into hers, I open the door for us letting Elodie go first.
The employee greets us a hello and smile, I only nod, while Elodie greets her back.
Elodie walks over to one of the many glass shelves, she heads for the gold rings.
She immediately points to one ring, the lady assisting us opens the door to grab the ring.
The rings she picked is a gold ring, with medium size square diamond in the center, with smaller circle diamonds around it.
She places the ring into her ring finger, extending her arm out to examine the ring, she than turns to me, craning her neck to look at me properly.
"How you feel about it this one?" She ask.
"I think it's beautiful on your baby, but it's all up to what you want." I mutter back to her.
"I really like this one!" She gushes.
"Then we will take two of them," I say, Elodie turns to me wide eyes.
The lady nods and walks to the back, grabbing the two rings in Elodie size.
I'm buying two, one as a spare, just in case something happens to the first one.
The lady returns back with two small blue velvet boxes in her hands.
We walk over the register, pulling out my card.
"That will be 150,236.76." The lady gives me a small smile, and I swipe my card.
I hear Elodie let out a small gasp.
The lady hands me a small bag that holds the two rings.
"That's a lot for two of rings Enzo!" She whisper yells.
"Elodie, baby my suits cost triple of that, do you really thing 150k$ is gonna bug me? It doesn't even put a scratch into my money, baby" I say.
She only gasp, and mutters a small oh.
