He didn't know why he was here, what was he even going to do?

When first period had ended, Levi quickly dashed out of his classroom, not wanting to get caught in the wave of people who were all trying to get to their next classes. Once he made it out into the hallway, he pushed toward the stairs as the flood of students filled the space; he always hated this part. Levi was never a fan of crowds, nor was he a fan of most of the demons his age, and passing period was the pinnacle of his aversions.

He couldn't remember exactly which class he was going to next, just that it was on the second floor. So while he climbed up the stairs, he pulled out his D.D.D. and opened his digital schedule. "Realmology, that's right," Levi whispered to himself, then he noticed a little comment under the bold text: My class with the normie. He cursed under his breath, "Dammit, I wanted to avoid him today..." He felt bad about the way he left breakfast this morning, and he neither wanted to explain why he did that, nor see Noah's hypnotizing smile right now. He trudged the rest of the way to his class, falling into step with the rest of the students who were also dreading their next classes, probably for different reasons though.

Once he made it, he walked through the propped open door and found a pair of seats in the back corner of the classroom, begrudgingly saving one for Noah next to him just as he and his brothers were instructed to do. He plopped into his seat and immediately pulled out his D.D.D. to begin scrolling on Devilgram, not even entertaining the idea of interacting with his new classmates.

As he mindlessly scrolled through the endless timeline of meaningless photos, his attention was averted by an overheard conversation between two demons who were sitting in the row ahead of him.

"Dude, that guy is so lucky," the black-haired one complained, "One-on-one with Alcina Sinclair?! Bastard."

"I know, right?" The blonde one responded, "I wonder what they're doing~?"

"Well, she is only the hottest teacher in our school, and he's the infamous foreign exchange student, so who knows," the black-haired demon snickered, "maybe they'll have weird half-breed babies~"

Levi felt a pang of unwarranted jealousy, why did that thought enrage him so much? Regardless of the reason, he shot up from his seat, which earned him an annoyed look from the two in front of him, and  essentially stormed out. He knew he had a lot of time before class started, so he decided to roam the halls to relieve himself of the endless cycle of thoughts that were filling his head. However, all that did was give him the perfect chance to dwell on the images of that wretched succubus running her hands all over Noah's body, claiming it just like he wanted t-

"Goddammit," he cursed at himself and his growing 'excitement', "this is pathetic, pull yourself together Leviathan." He continued to walk the halls full of students as he now tried to calm himself down before returning to class, but it was futile. No matter what he tried to think about, he always somehow circled back to the one person he needed to forget at the moment. There was only one way he knew how to fix this: he had to find out for himself, and if need be, put a stop to it. He marched his way over to Ms. Sinclair's classroom, shoving past several people who all shot him dirty looks, but he didn't care; nothing else mattered right now.

When he finally reached the large door, the realization hit him like a truck. What was he even going to do? It's not like he actually had any say in Noah's personal life, so even if his worst fears were true, how could he do anything about it? What if Noah resented him for shoving his nose into a place where it didn't belong? He took a small step back, maybe he didn't need to know, not if it'd cause Noah to dislike him already. "There'll be plenty of reasons for that, I shouldn't give him another," Levi thought as he took another small step back, "I'll just go, it isn't worth it."
