No one's POV:
Sasuke's eyes become wide when he felt a sharp pain. He held his stomach.
"No, this can't be happen... It's not even the time yet. There is still.. 1 to 2 months more left.", he said to himself.
Itachi hurried into the kitchen.
"Sasuke, I heard something. What happen...", he couldn't even finish his words and saw Sasuke in pain.
He see water everywhere. He hurried to Sasuke.
"Sasuke, what happened?", Itachi asked worriedly.
"I think... my water broke... Ahh!", Sasuke screamed.
"Just a minute, Sasuke. I do something.", Itachi took out his phone and dial Sakura's number.
"Do something! It hurts a lot.. Ahhh!", Sasuke cried in pain.
Sakura finally picked up the call.
"Hello, Itachi-san! You need something?", she asked.
"Can you come here? Sasuke's water broke.", Itachi said.
"What! I'm coming!", Sakura said and hang up the call.
After some minutes, Sakura and Hinata both arrived.
"Where is my sweetheart?!", Hinata yelled.
"Hinata, calm down.", Sakura tried to calm her girlfriend down.
"Please, can you do something?", Itachi asked to Sakura.
"First, let me see him.", Sakura said.
Then they went to the bedroom and see Sasuke laying on the bed. He was in too much pain. He was crying.
"Sweety, don't worry. Nothing will happen to you.", Hinata tried to comfort his best friend by rubbing his head.
"I didn't know what to do. So somehow I brought him to the bedroom.", Itachi said to Sakura.
"No, you did right. But we must not delay any longer. We need to start now. Itachi-san, you only give me the things I want.", Sakura said.
"Okay.", Itachi said as he went to get the things Sakura said.
"And Hinata, please help me.", Sakura said to Hinata.
"Of course, I'm!", Hinata agreed.
"Sasuke, don't worry. Just some time more.", Sakura said to comfort Sasuke.
"P...Please, hurry up... AHHH!", Sasuke screamed even more loudly.
"Here, I got everything you said.", Itachi came.
"Thanks. Now please go outside.", Sakura said to Itachi.
"Okay. But if you need anything, just call me.", Itachi said as he walked out of the room.
"Now Sasuke, please do as I say. Just push.", Sakura said to Sasuke.
Sasuke tried to do as Sakura said.
"AHHH!", Sasuke screamed and even tears come out of his eyes.
"Don't cry, Sasuke. Just try to push.", Sakura said again.
Sasuke tried to do. But screamed in pain again.
And Hinata rubbed Sasuke's head to comfort him.
Everything was going well. But suddenly, Sasuke stopped.
"What's wrong, Sasuke?", Sakura asked.
"I can't... do this anymore...", Sasuke said almost out of breath.
"Oh no, it's bad.", Sakura became worried.
"What's wrong, Sakura-chan?", Hinata asked.
"If the mother becomes tired during delivery, it is harmful for the baby. Because of this, the baby may die. The mother may also die because of it.", Sakura explained.
"Oh no... Sasuke, you heard? You can't be tired. You've to do this for your child. Come on!", Hinata tried to cheered up Sasuke.
But Sasuke was still tired and breathing heavily.
"It's not gonna work. Hinata, you have to do something."
"What is it?"
"You press down on Sasuke's stomach. Then the baby will come down a lot."
Hinata started to do as Sakura said. She pressed down on Sasuke's stomach.
But Sasuke screamed in pain.
"Just push some more times, Sasuke. You'll be fine.", Sakura tried to comfort Sasuke.
Sasuke tried his best.
"Waah! Waah!", the baby is crying.
"We did it...", Sakura said while holding the baby in her arms.
The baby has black hair like Sasuke and face like Naruto.
"Yes, we did.", Hinata said.
On the other hand, Sasuke was out of breath. His whole face was red and sweating.
"Congratulations Sasuke! It's a baby girl!", Hinata excitedly said to Sasuke.
Sasuke just smiled a bit.
"I go and wash the baby. You clean everything here.", Sakura said as she walked out of the room.
Itachi saw Sakura.
"Hey Sakura, is Sasuke... Is that..."
"Yeah, the baby. He gave birth to a girl.",
"...Can I hold her?"
"Of course."
Sakura handed the baby to Itachi.
"She's... so cute.", Itachi said while looking at the baby.
"Of course she is. Umm, can I take the baby? I've to clean her up.", Sakura said.
"Oh, yeah. Of course.", Itachi handed the baby to Sakura.
Sakura walked away.
"You okay now, Sasuke?", Hinata asked.
"Yeah, I'm okay. But where did Sakura go with the baby?", Sasuke asked.
"Oh, she took the baby to clean up.", she replied.
"Damn! I'm missing Sasuke so much!", Naruto shouted.
"Naruto, don't shout. It's not like Sasuke is alone.", Shikamaru said.
"I know. But I'm missing him. What if something happens to him?", Naruto said a bit sadly.
Shikamaru just sighed.
They're sitting in a restaurant. They already ordered. But hasn't arrived yet.
Suddenly, Naruto's phone rang.
"Who is this now?", Naruto said as he took the phone out of his pocket.
"Oh, it's Itachi.", Shikamaru said while looking at Naruto's phone.
"Why is he calling me?"
Naruto picked up the call.
"Hello.", Naruto said.
Suddenly Naruto's eyes became wide.
