Naruto: Neglected dragon heir.

Chapter Fourteen:

Team Seven and company stood before Minato, Jiraya and Tsunade. Kiri had gone to the hospital to hand off the herbs he collected. Arashi didn't say a word as Kakashi gave the mission report and the training of the Genin while in the Wave.

"Tou-chan!!" Manma yelled, "I want him off this team!!" The blond smirked as if he'd won while pointing to Arashi. "Why Menma and for the last time call me Hokage-sama in this office."

"W-well... He is a slave driver, and doesn't let me have a say in the team meetings, also he made me do labour... He is useless and has a grudge against me..." Kakashi, Haku and Zabuza wanted to murder the blond brat including Tsunade.

"Firstly Menma, I trained you better Chakra control, second those team meetings were between me and Kakashi to be updated on the rest of the team. Lastly, the labour in the land of Waves was to teach not only you but the rest of the team to help other villages and build bonds. Since we have a trade agreement with the Land of Waves it's good to establish good bonds with them so they can call upon Konoha for more escort missions for when they can trade goods.

Also I do not hold a grudge against you since I don't know you." Arashi stated as he laid down the trade scroll agreement, Tsunade was happy for her grandson making such a good impact on other minor villages. Minato nodded, taking the scroll. "T-then why aren't the r-rouge Nin still here and not killed for their bounties huh?!"

Jiraya and Minato raised a brow, "They have names Menma, and they've sided with Konoha. Even helping to take down Gatō's army of thugs. That is more then enough to prove their loyalty, but if need be they agreed to being interigated by Ibiki and Anko at the T&I department." Menma gritted his teeth, not happy that he couldn't get Arashi off his team.

"Is this true?" Minato asked the rouge Nin, both nodding at the blond Hokage. Both of them knowing Arashi's story, "Very well, I'll have an anbu escort you and you'll be integrated for a week." An anbu landed beside them, "See you in a week Uncle Zabu and Haku-kun." They nodded at Arashi, he'd have to wait for Haku.

"Thank you for the report team seven, you have a week off." Minato dismissed them, taking the trade agreement scroll after dismissing them.

"It's a good agreement, one we can't ignore." Minato spoke to Jiraya, "His influence is growing day by day..."
Jiraya squeezed the blond Hokage's shoulder, "Don't worry, just accept the trade agreements. Arashi's influence isn't that great yet, I'll see what I can find on Arashi and that other man Kiri." Minato nodded, his position as Hokage feeling threatened.

Arashi made out with his mates, they'd been so busy in the Wave. He didn't pay propper attention to them, well he had a week off. They wouldn't fully mate yet not until Haku was here.

Kiri was sucking off Kakashi, and Arashi was playing with his nipples. The sliver haired Jonin moaned under the attention of his lovers, he came into Kiri's mouth moaning.

Arashi broke off the kiss as both panted, "Suck me off Kashi..." The brunette ordered, "Iri, next to me..." Both complied, Arashi taking Kiri's leaking member and stroking it as Kakashi sucked him off.

But deep within his mind he thought of Kurama's request, he'd work on that in the coming weeks.

Kakashi and Kiri woke up to their Alpha missing, Arashi was in his office. Both knowing they couldn't enter, "He has been distracted these past to weeks, I can tell." Kiri spoke with worry, they were both in the kitchen eating. A plate set to the side for Arashi if he came out.

The brunette was working on a seal,  for Kurama. 'Kura, why me?' The Kitsune opened his crimson eyes, 'I can feel you were a much better suited vessel for me. When you were in Kushina's womb I could already tell that you were different.

That night, you were already to old to have me sealed inside you. But now, I know you can find a way to seal me inside you and keep those brats alive. Granted Mito is becoming better, Menma isn't. Still annoying brat, I refuse to let him use my chakra.'

Arashi agreed, Menma was becoming more bratty and greedy by the day. Mito atleast was trying to change and put effort into her training.

Arashi leaned back in his chair, 'Very well, I'll become your vessel on one condition...' The Kitsune looked at him with surprise. 'What's your condition?'

'I won't seal you up inside a cage within me, we'll be partners in this and I'll train using your Chakra and not force you to give me Chakra.' Arashi stated his condition, Kurama was happy. Knowing he'd chosen right, 'I agree...'

The brunette nodded going back into working on seals to help an adult keep a tailed beast inside him without destroying the Chakra coils, a seal to prevent Menma and Mito from dying as well.

Arashi emerged a week later, not completely finished with his seals. He'd eaten and slept in his office, leaving notes for his mates. He stepped out the shower and shaved his growing beard, he walked into the kitchen hugging Kakashi from behind. "I didn't mean to worry you both..."

Kakashi's eyes softened, turning and taking in Arashi's scent. Kiri joined, all three staying like that until the door bell rang. It was an anbu summoning them to Minato's office. Kiri went to the hospital for his shift, as Kakashi and Arashi went to the Kage tower.

The brunette was happy to see his third mate amd uncle, "Uncle seems you were marked up by Anko..." Arashi smirked, the snake mistress loved finding new targets to play with. Yet Zabuza's became more then just a target, the ex rouge had a  small blush. "Since you have a place to stay, Haku-chan can move in with me..."

Zabuza was in his face in less then a second, "If you ever hurt his feelings, I'll make sure you'll never see the light of day again." Arashi didn't even flinch, "You know I would never do that uncle... I swear on my life to protect and love all three of them. You know this." Zabuza released his KI, almost everyone was affected except Arashi.

The brunette met his with equal force, until the floor cracked. Zabuza broke into a smirk stopping his KI, "I don't want any grandbabies to soon."

"Tch, you wish. I wasn't planning on that so soon..." Arashi clapped Zabuza on the back with his own smirk not that anyone could see. Haku was a blushing mess hearing baby talk and so was Kakashi.

Zabuza was given the rank Jonin and he wanted to join the T&I department, Haku was given to rank Chunin and like Kiri joined the hospital.

The rest of the Jonin and Chunin filed in, "As of today in three months time we'll be hosting the Chunin exams. Please prepare to Genin and in three months time the Jonin of the Genin teams will nominate their teams. Dismissed..." Minato stated, Arashi could see the blond Hokage was still affected by the KI from him earlier.

'So he is afraid... Good be afraid father, be very afraid...' The brunette left with his two mates, showing Haku where the hospital was. The ice user would be working under Shizune as per discussion with Kiri and his grandmother Tsunade.

Arashi knocked on Minato's office door the next day, "Come in." Minato looked up from his piles of paperwork. "Hokage... I wish to speak with you, about staring the construction on my clan compound?"

"Oh, certainly." Minato was surprised that Arashi would start so soon, the brunette bought out the blue prints, where he wanted the compound and the necessary funds for the building of his compound.

"You've put alot of thought into this." The blond Hokage stated, "Indeed I did, the money in the scroll is calculated precisely to insure fair payment and so on." Arashi stated, Minato nodded taking the scroll and the blueprints. "Pleasure doing business with you Hokage..."

Minato gritt his teeth, feeling so threatened by Arashi's presence alone. The clan heads asked where he was in the last meeting, that was when the brunette was in the Wave. With the next meeting shortly, Arashi needed to be there and the blond Hokage couldn't keep out of another meeting.

Minato sighed rubbing his temples, 'It feels like my past decisions are coming to haunt me...'
