Arashi was invited early the next morning to join the council meeting, by Minato's Anbu.
Arashi had dressed in his clan's traditional clothes, thanks to his father for teaching him many things that came to politics.
"Kiri, behave while I'm gone, enjoy your day, I have a feeling this is going to be a long meeting." Kiri pouted, they were standing in the entryway of their apartment.
"Iri~ Don't look at me like that, or I will punish you when I get back~" Arashi whispered seductively into his ear.
Kiri let out a breathy moan, his hands were pinned above the wall, by Arashi. "Ashi~"
Arashi groaned, "As much as I want to Iri~" He covered Kiri's eyes with his free hand, "Keep your hands there Iri~" He warned, "Or your punishment will be worse."
Arashi let go, pulling down his mask, and placing his hand back. "Good boy Iri~" Arashi praised him with a peck on his cheek.
He kept kissing his way down to Kiri's jaw and neck. "Ashi~ mmm... More please..." He begged.
"Ah, ah ahh... Don't be so greedy Iri~" Arashi attacked Kiri's neck sucking and nin nibbling his sweet spot.
"Ah-Oh!" Kiri melted, his knees weak. His breathing picked up, and his member began to twitch.
Arashi kept up his actions, moving to Kiri's earlobe. "Ha- Ashi~" He squirmed underneath Arashi's hold.
Arashi smirked, letting go and pulling up his mask. "See you tonight love~" Arashi let go wrapping a hand around Kiri's waist to let him gently slide to the floor.
Arashi saw his handy work, smirking. "Remember Iri~ don't touch or you'll know what happens." He ordered.
Kiri nodded numbly, panting his face flushed. "Words Iri~"
"Y-yes... M-master~" Arashi nodded in satisfaction, placing a light-masked kiss on Kiri's forehead.
With an Anbu guide, Arashi was led to the council room in the Hokage Tower.
Arashi could feel several chakra signatures within the room and above, ones stood out as strange.
The Anbu announced Arashi's arrival, entering the large room, Arashi received mixed stares, glares, wonder, and confusion.
"Glad you could make it Ryu-san." Minato greeted friendly. Arashi slowly began releasing his KI.
"I'm honored to attend Lord Hokage." Arashi did not forget what trick Minato pulled yesterday.
On the Ninja side sat the clan heads, Hyūga, Nara, Akimichi, Abumara, Inuzuka, Sarutobi, and Yamanaka.
On the civilian side, he saw one familiar person Haruno Mebuki. He held back a growl.
Jiraiya sat next to Minato on his right, and Tsunade on his left she held back her surprised face.
The three elders Danzō Shimira, Koharu Utatane, and Homura Mitocado.
"Please, if you would Ryū-san. Sit in between Inuzuka and Sarutobi." Arashi's lips turned up a little Asuma had grown older over the years.
Arashi moved to his assigned seat, "Greetings to all council members, I am Arashi Ryū head of the Ryū clan in my father's stead. "Arashi bowed his head in respect.
"I'm glad to see some youngsters have manners," Danzō commented. Arashi had noticed the Uchiha clan chair was empty.
"Oh, now he shows respect?" Jiraiya snarked, with an eye roll.
"Lord Jiraiya, do you wish for a repeat of yesterday?" Arashi leaked more of his KI most of the civilian side struggled to breathe. "I'm sure the council members would love a demonstration of my abilities?"
