"It was the kind of night where the stars whispered secrets, and when she stumbled into his arms, time seemed to stand still, hinting at a love that was written in the cosmos."

1830s

As the sun dipped low, casting a golden glow over the river, the general rode along the bank with his soldiers.

His sharp eyes caught sight of something unusual—someone lying unconscious near the water’s edge. Dismounting swiftly, his commanding presence seemed to part the very air as he approached.

There she was, her hair splayed over the grass, a mysterious book and an fancy bag lying beside her.

The general knelt beside her, his brow furrowed in curiosity. His rugged face was a perfect blend of strength and grace, with sharp cheekbones and a hint of stubble that only accentuated his handsome features.

His dark hair, tousled from the ride, framed his face in a way that made him look both fierce and irresistibly captivating. His eyes, deep and intense, scanned her delicate form with a mixture of wariness and intrigue.

His fingers, strong yet gentle, brushed against her wrist to check for a pulse, sending an unexpected warmth through the air.

He straightened up, signaling to his men, his deep voice carrying effortlessly over the sounds of the river, "We take her with us."

A hint of something more flickered in his gaze as he lifted her effortlessly into his arms, his touch firm but protective, as if he had found something — or someone — worth guarding.

The general, or we can say the prince of the kingdom "Kim Taehyung" , carried her with ease, his every movement filled with purpose. His soldiers followed in silent respect, knowing their leader was not just any man born into privilege, but one who had earned his place through sheer will and strength. His name was whispered in reverence throughout the kingdom—not just a prince by blood, but a warrior by choice.

He could’ve lived a life of comfort, but instead, he chose the battlefield, mastering the art of war and rising to the rank of general to prove his worth.

As they rode back to the grand castle wall, its towering walls gleaming under the setting sun, the prince’s thoughts lingered on the mysterious girl.

He wasn’t one to be easily distracted, but something about her—how she appeared so suddenly near the river, with nothing but a strange book and bag—set his mind alight.

Inside the walls of the Castle, he laid her down on soft silks in one of the chambers, his eyes lingering on her peaceful face for a moment longer than necessary.

He had fought on countless battlefields, led armies with strength and wisdom, yet still, the crown remained just out of reach. His destiny was to rule, but the road to the throne was paved with trials.
