Next day Scott, Liam and the others meet to talk about what happened last night. Tracy, the girl who had had night terrors had killed a few deputies and even her own dad. Lydia knew more about her than all of us and we needed to find her before anything else happens.
One thing that was a little strange with our conversation was that Mason was with us and listened to everything we said.
"You didn't need to bring him to the inner circle." Stiles say and look at Liam.
Mason look around at us excited.
"I'm in the inner circle?" He say and smile."No!" We all say and I look at the time. Class would soon start and I couldn't be late for history this time.
We decided to try and find Tracy but not kill her. We wanted to help her. Or atleast try.
I hurried into class. Liam's "friend" was in there but she just smirk at me. I sit down and open my books. But then I realise something. In the back of the room sat Tracy. She didn't look good. I looked at mr Yakimura and he nods at me. He didn't know about Tracy but he could see that she wasn't acting normal. I grab my phone and text Liam. Mr Yakimura start teaching the class and tell us to read some pages. Liam didn't answer so I ask to be excused and run out into the corridor and dial Liam's number.
"She's here! Get Scott!" I say as he answer and just a few seconds later I find Liam. He runs away to find Scott while I walk back into the classroom to keep an eye on Tracy. She was just sitting by her chair and I could feel her gaze. She was holding the table with a hard grip and I could feel my whole body wrench as she draged her claws in the underside of the desk. Just a minute later the firealarm go off and I hurry out to meet Liam who is waiting outside the door. Scott and Stiles turn up too.
"She's in the back." I say and they hurry inside. Everyone had left except mr Yakimura and Liam's "friend". She was trying to get Tracy to leave because the firealarm had started. Scott try his best to talk to Tracy but she just stare into the blank space. She take a grip around the girls wrist and I lean down towards the wall outside the classroom and wait. I didn't want to see more than necessary. After a moment they come running out from the classroom with Tracy in their arms and I stand up.
Then Liam and the girl comes out. Her arm was filled with blood and she looked scared. Liam stop to talk to her. He offers to help her to the nurses office. But she just say thet she can handle it alone before she run away.
I walk up to Liam and look towards the doors where Stiles,Scott and the others had just dissapeared with Tracy.
"What happened? Is she alright?" I ask and Liam Shake his head.
"She just passed out. But she said something like "they're coming" but we don't know what she mean." Liam say and then he hurry away down the corridor. We bump into Lydia and Kira."They're taking her to the animal clinic." Liam say. Deaton was gonna try and find out what was wrong with her. But Lydia told us that her parents were psychiatrists and both her parents were dead. We needed to fimd someone who knew her. And if she was a werewolf, judging by the claws, then there must be an alpha. And to find an alpha we need to speak to another werewolf.
Brett."We don't have to talk to Brett if you don't want to. There must be other werewolfs around." I say as I follow Liam to meet Mason.
"No. I'll do it." Liam say and we bring Mason with us out towards the lacrosse field where Brett was training."He's a werewolf too?" Mason say as we get closer.
"Yeah." Liam say and I nod. I had not seen Brett for a long time now and it would feel a little strange to just walk up and talk to him about Tracy."I think you can handle this alone. I need to get ready for the history test tomorrow. Tell me if you need me." I say and give both of them a smile before I run back towards the school.
History was of course my favorite subject. But I just thought I could read it through just one more time.
I stop at my locker and start taking out some books when I hear something. The doors to the front was open so it must come from outside. But it was loud. But there was no way that this sound could come from inside the school.
I put down the books in my bag and close my locker before I slowly walk towards the doors that lead to the front of the school.
It was louder. Still not too loud but like it was just a few meters away.
I look out and slowly walk out in the sun and look up to the sky. No sign of anything. No clouds. No birds. Nothing. But the sound was still there. The sound of a big flock of crows. A flock of crows flying right above my head in circles. screaming.
It couldn't be true. It just couldn't. I didn't want it. I didn't want this to be true. Six month without a word and now it all fell apart. The bad had broken free. The sun had been shining for so long. And now it was time for rain. My life would never be a dance on roses. It would be a walk through rocks.
