Chapter 13/ no pants

I spent the rest of the week in my room watching Netflix and eating popcorn and Panda Express. Kevin wanted to stay with me 24/7 but I told him he can go out and have fun. Kevin and I became really close over the past month, I felt like he was my big brother. I had been missing alot of school lately but I honestly couldn't care less. It was Friday moring so that ment I have work tonight. It was about 10 a.m. when I woke up. I got out of my room for the first time in hours. My hair was in a messy bun I had a big long sleeved shirt on, and no pants. I was too tired to put them on so I just walked around in my underwear. I walked to the kitchen and started to make some pancakes. I turned on the music and ended up dancing around the kitchen using the wisk as a microphone. "Naiomi," Someone chuckled. "Whatcha up to there?" I dropped the wisk im surprised and looked up to see Kevin laughing. "I was just making pancakes." I giggled. He charged me, grabbing my waist and throwing me over his shoulder. I was kicking and screaming, but mostly laughing. There was a knock on the door and when I tried to get down to answer the door Kevins grip tightened. He was casually walking over to the door with my squirming in his arms. The door swung open and there stood Joey, staring at me in Kevins arms, pantless. Kevin put me down and cleared his throat. He crossed his arms and stared at Joeys. "Why are you here, if its to talk to Naiomi, your gonna have to do it in front of me." I gave Kevin a small smile then walked into the kitchen. Kevin and Joey followed, I sat down and Kevin sat right next to me, Joey sat across from us. Underneath the table Kevin intertwined his leg with mine making me feel protected. "Naiomi, about that wife of mine, I just want you to know that were getting a divorce, were technically still married but we have been split up for about two years now. Im falling in love with you and yes, I have a past ill admit, but we all do. Everyone has the things they hide. And mine just happenes to be a wife. She doesnt mean anything to me. The only person I want in my life is you." My leg that was wrapped around Kevins loosened, I blushed at the thought of Joey and I together. But then everything started running through my mind, all the pain he put me through. My grip on Kevins leg instantly tightened, I knew Kevin could understand the emotions I was feeling. "Joey, there was a time when I thought I was falling in love with you, but every time you hurt me, there were people who took care of me. You have destroyed me." I looked at Kevin and a single tear ran down my cheek. "I think you should go." Kevin said standing up walking towards the door, I stayed seated, Joey looked at me one last time, and then he was out the door.
