9- PROPOSAL

ARYA'S POV

3 DAYS LATER.

Finally got a ticket which isn't too expensive. Damn with this September rain. I've rest so much that now I want to work as soon as possible. It's tomorrow at 11. My flight.  

PHONE RINGING.. ARJUN TRIP 

(TRIP stands for Tripathi)

ARJUN- Hey! How you doing. I have something to tell you maybe we can meet and talk?

ARYA- Of course. So today at 4? Even I wanted to meet and bid him a goodbye. 

ARJUN- Sure. 

Since it was a little windy due to rain I decided to wear this blue sweatshirt to go with  brown cargo pants. I look good. Yes I do look good. Complimenting myself in front of the mirror is my favorite thing to do.

I received a text from Arjun. He is here. It's 4:15 maybe he was stuck in traffic. I went to him and said "Hey!!" 

"Heyy , How are you" He approached for a hug with a smile. I little bit felt weird with the sudden approaching hug, without making it awkward I slid beside him and gave him a side hug. 

He opened the door for me and I sat inside. "So.. Where are we going this time"  I said while  fasting the seat belt. "Arya. I want to discuss something important with you. So let's go to a nearby cafe and continue there." 

Well he sound serious. I said Okay and he started driving. He is wearing a grey shirt with  Black jeans. His hair is perfectly set with gel. Looks like he is here for a meeting. 

We reached the cafe. It was none other than CCD the iconic cafe. This cafe was mentioned in almost every movie. So I like this cafe. He ordered Americano for him and I ordered Latte for myself.

10 mins nobody said anything. We both stayed quite until the waiter came and gave us our respective coffees. I decided to say something but instead he Arjun started.

"Well as you know I'm like a straightforward guy. I want to let you know about myself . I am 26 going to be 27 next month. I have a well  educational background. I am financially stable. And I want to get settled in my personal life." 

Arjun let it out confidently while I'm here sweating and struggling with words to answer. He continued "I know it's sudden. I just didn't want to take a risk with timings. So I just thought of going honest with you."

 "For now let's date."  M Everything was going so fast, I didn't know what to say or what to do. But one thing I know for sure I need time. I need freaking time to get these inside my head.

"I don't know, What to answer to this question. This is so sudden to me. You know I'm leaving tomorrow. We have to consider many things like everything isn't easy" 

"I know. But trust me okay? I'm here to help you. Look, we are mature enough to not fight about little things right. Not you but I am older than you." Abhinav said while clenching my palm with his both hands.

"I need some time to think."  I removed ,y hands from his, and  finally said it loud. Well I really do. I have to see whether this person is a right person or not. Good looks doesn't mean good personality. I don't date for fun. If I date means he have to handle me until one of us die.

"You can have plenty of time. How much do you particularly need? 2 days? 3 days? months?" 

"What if I say you have to wait for maybe 2-3 years? " I asked to tease. His face turning down. Looks like he is disappointed. "I'll give you my answer once I'm ready completely. I won't hang you in hope don't worry."   I said giggling.

"You know that's why I like you. You are confident bold."  I didn't said anything and continued drinking my latte.

Heyy my beautiful readers. Looks like there's a beginning in Arya's life. How it's going to be? Peaceful how Arjun mentioned or there would be twists because it's Arya's life. We never know.
