Sun rays attacked my face like a tiger attacks a man after seeing him. I really wanted to sleep but this stupid sun and this stupid window doesn't let's me sleep.

I woke up while rubbing my eyes. Today was the first day of my new school and also the first day of 12th grade.

Before you ask, let me tell, I opted for Physics, Chemistry and Biology because dad wanted me to.

Whatever, I looked at the clock and adrenaline rushed through me as I was getting late.

I quickly ran towards the bathroom and took a shower. I wore my uniform and rushed downstairs just to see mom and dad sitting on the couch.

"Uth gayi kumbhakaran ki bahan," Mom said making me grin.

(You woke up, sister of kumbhakaran)

"Phir kumbhakaran toh bhai hua na," I said mischievously earning a soft smack on my head.

(Then kumbhakaran will be brother)

"Whatever! Go and eat that sandwich. Take these 100 rupees and have lunch at school," She said making me jump with happiness as I stuffed that sandwich in my mouth and rushed outside.

After walking for a few minutes, I reached at Trisha's home just to see her waiting for me impatiently.

"Kutiya, kidhar mar gyi thi. Chal late ho rhe hain," She said as we both ran towards our school which was a walking distance away from our house.

(Bitch, were you dead? Come on we're getting late)

We entered our school gate panting heavily. I looked at my watch and yes! We reached on perfect time.

I tried to look for Ruhanika but I was unable to see her. According to the schedule, we had our first class at 8 AM and it was currently 7:30, so we had time.

As soon as we entered the school, we both were awestruck by the the view of the building.

The sun rays were falling on the window. It had a garden on its left side with lots of vegetation. On the right side, there was a huge ground, probably for the assembly. The entrance had a huge gate and a huge board on which it was written - Mumbai Daze International School in bold letters. A few flower pots were kept near the entrances making it more beautiful than it already was.

I was walking in front while Trisha was behind me.

Soon a long arm with veiny hands of someone stopped me. I looked to that side and found a boy standing there in perfect school dress.
