Moons POV

A week after the last chapter.

I was at work in the daycare, Earth was cleaning up and Sun escorted the last kid out. I continued to work, eventually Sun and Earth left. I sighed and looked at the time. 10:15, I slouched forward, resting my head on my palm. As I scrolled through my computer I heard the doors open, I glanced over to see Solar plop down next to me.

"Hi..." He said with a tired sigh, I chuckled.

"Long day?" I said leaning back in my chair, turning it to look at him.

"Yeaaa- some kid thought it would be funny to fill up soda cups and dump them in the theater." Solar explained, we kept talking till 11.

"Welp, what have you been working on?" Solar asked, moving his chair near me to look at my computer. As he slid closer his shoulder bumped mine, I basically stopped breathing and just stared at the contact. My face grew warm and an unfamiliar feeling crept through my body, Solar must have noticed my stare and moved a bit.

"Uh s-sorry-" I quickly snapped out of it and laughed awkwardly.

"W-what no sorry just got lost in thought!" I stammered out, I felt sick now. Why the heck was I feeling so weird, I must have a bug in my system.

"I haven't done much today... just some paperwork and emails to faz-bear company." I rolled my eyes, Solar nodded and then looked into my eyes. I froze again, Solar rose an eyebrow and placed the backside of his hand against my cheek.

"Geez are you doing ok, you seem to have some kind of bug... I can hear your fans from here." Solar tilted his head and removed his hand.

"Oh uhm yea I haven't been feeling the best... C-could you help me maybe?" I don't know why I felt so embarrassed asking about help, it's not like we were able to get a human virus.

"Sure, come up to the theater room when your ready and ill get some tools." I nodded and quickly got up.

"I'll be right back, I need to tell Sun that I won't be home for a bit." I left and headed to the house, Sun was inside his room. I knocked on the door, and opened it taking a step inside. He was lying in bed, his eyes were dull and he didn't move a muscle.

"Hey sunny... uhm, you doing ok?" He didn't move, only hummed a response. I nodded to nothing and looked down.

"Well- I'm not gonna be home for a couple hours soooo, stay safe and call me if you need me." Sun shifted to look at me and said a few things, which hurt (I forgot what he said) I left and felt bad for doing so. Sun is like a child almost, I know he can do things on his own but I like to keep an eye on him.

I walked into the theater and saw Solar typing on a computer behind the counter, I walked over and leaned my elbows against the top.

"Welcome back." Solar said not looking up, I stared at him for a minute. My chest felt heavy again, and my face started to heat up. Why is my body doing this, welp time to find out.

"You ready?" Solar finally looked up to meet my gaze, stopping his typing. I nodded and he gestured for me to sit on the counter top, I did so and he started to plug in a cord to the computer and then grabbed my arm to connect wires to my 'arm computer'. After a minute he checked the puter and unplugged my arm and looked up at me.

"Can I plug this into the back of your head?" I nodded, he gently grabbed the side of my faceplate and tilted it sideways to see the back of my head. Our faces were so close now, I could feel this virus thing making me heat up again. Maybe it's when I'm too close to other animatronics? My fans suddenly turned on and Solar moved away after plugging the wire in, Solar looked at me questioningly.

"Well, that was weird..." Solar said quietly, I tilted my head.

"N-nothing, just that your faceplate was heating up a lot. Just now, did you notice?" I slowly nodded and looked down, a small ding came from the computer. Solar went to it and sighed.

"Nothing out of the ordinary, just some overheating and extra fan use." I sighed and crossed my arms, frustrated that we couldn't figure it out.

"I just hope it's nothing with the creator." I mumbled, he nodded and leaned against the wall while staring at me.

"M-maybe it's a sensor thing... cause, I- I feel the same way when I'm close t-to you." Solar said, looking away, seemingly embarrassed. I nodded slowly, putting my hand to my chin.

"Yea maybe, I'll test it out with the others." I said nonchalantly, hopping off the counter. It was now 12 at night, Solar looked tired.

"Well, what do you wanna do now?" He said rubbing the back of his head, I shrugged and looked over to the theater entrance.

"Well, if you're not too tired we could play some games." I suggested, he nodded and we both moved over there. Solar setting up (your choice of game) on the projector, after he sat down next to me. I could feel the heat coming back, I decided to ignore it so we could just hang out like normal.

Time skip till 1 in da mornin

Solar was tired so I left, we said our goodbyes and I teleported home. The light was on inside, so I assumed Sun was up. As I walked into the house something felt off, as I was about to walk through the hall I saw hand smears of oil on the wall and panic struck me. I quickly ran over to the dining room and looked around to see nothing, on the kitchen counter was a burnt match and an empty bottle of rum. I started to panic more and as I turned around to run upstairs I nearly tripped over Sun, who was lying on the ground. Oil was puddled around him and his hand and stomach was neatly wrapped in bandages, I knelt down and picked him up, quickly taking him to his room. I laid him on his bed and looked him over, I sighed and as I was about to walk out I almost tripped again on three empty bottles of wine. I felt tears start to weld up in my eyes, picking up the bottles I saw Sun shift and look at me.

"Hey-" I said quickly but he interrupted me by turning away, I felt more hurt and left his room. I needed to tell someone, Solar and... maybe Earth. I decided to call Earth first and then call Solar tomorrow. Despite the strong urge to talk to him 24/7, I pulled up Earth's contact and called.

"Hello?" Earth said in a groggy voice, I felt bad.

"Hey Earth uhm, I know it's late but... something came up and I just wanted to see if you could visit tomorrow morning?" I said, trying to hold back my shaking voice.

"Oh uhm- sure... what time?" She said, yawning through the phone.

"As soon as possible." She agreed and I hung up to let her sleep. I sent Solar a message not expecting an answer but he did less than a minute later. I decided to get some sleep, and be ready for the conflict tomorrow.
