AERIALBOT BASE: Concur Mountain, Aixel Valley - North America

Two days had passed since the night that Crystal had met Megatroid.
Two days had gone by and she had still kept the secrets of Inferno to herself. She was unsure of her image and constantly kept doubting every possible route. What if it was all a lie? What if it was a Decepticon trap? What if no one believed her?

The longer that Crystal kept the reality of the coming danger to herself, the more she was aware that Inferno would catch onto something and begin to analyse her. She couldn't exactly avoid him, either. He was the permanent medic at Concur, therefore whenever she was banged up, she needed to go to his work area and ask for help. Crystal was a shy protoform and not exactly used to social interactions or confrontational culture.

She had no idea what she was doing but knew that whatever it was, it was way out of her league.

When she had walked all the way back to base, following the road, Elita had been the first Cybertronian to confront her.

"I thought you were in your stasis pod!" The pink femme had shrieked when she caught sight of Crystal. "Do you know how worried we all were when Blaster went to check on you and you weren't there?!"

Blaster was their Chief Officer of central communications. A useful and technical Autobot. Crystal knew who he was, they'd met a couple of times. However, her trust had waned very thin in the Autobots, she didn't know who to trust anymore. The girls had caught onto something come next morning when Crystal didn't lift her helm to greet Sari. Miko had called her out on it and although Crystal had quickly apologised, the humans were no doubt beginning to become suspicious of her and with this potential reality in mind, Crystal was one step away from locking herself in her quarters and never leaving them.

Until Team Prime suddenly showed up the next morning.

A flurry of automobile engines cascaded up the road and into the shed's entrance, first Jazz then Optimus Prime behind him. Following on the other side of the Prime were Bluestreak and Prowl, the police squadron cars. In between them was a silver motorcycle. Behind the police-adorned trio was a yellow Camaro with black stripes and behind him, moving at breakneck speed was a white motorcycle. Crystal had gotten to meet each member of Team Prime individually; Jazz, their default leader, Prowl, their Second in Command, Bluestreak, Bumblebee, their scout, Silverpool, Jack Darby's guardian, Jack Darby himself as their human liaison, Fleece, their fearless warrior, and finally Blurr.

Crystal had already met Blurr because he had been stationed at Concur before she arrived there. He was the Team's communications officer - though most of its members seemed to disagree with one another, they all shared a common goal of protecting Optimus Prime whenever he was on the move. Optimus had been laying low at Concur for the last few months after a horrible fight gone wrong against the Decepticon forces.

He'd only left for the City a few days ago, leaving Elita-One in charge of majority of the Autobots stationed at Concur. Elita and Silverbolt had been discussing the death of Firefly a few hours after Optimus and Team Prime had left. As that investigation was going on, it also disturbed the peace between Elita's Autobots and Silverbolt's Aerialbots. No one had suspected Crystal to be the culprit behind the murder, though they did just want her out of the way during the investigation. And while things were beginning to ramp up with the return of their supreme leader, Crystal felt ashamed of herself when she finally confronted Optimus.

"Jack Darby shall be taking you to Mission City for an alt-mode," Optimus Prime glanced over once he had finished debriefing Elita and Ironhide. He had heard the soft footfalls of Crystal before turning around to see her. It comforted him to know how every solider in his rank approached him, or how they walked in general.
