Lost media is an interesting concept, it's like you remember something but some times it's not really real. Some lost media is found, some are partially lost, some are partially found, some are unconfirmed and some are lost forever, the meaning of each of these will be below.
(Found) means the lost media was found and is real
(Partially lost) means there's evidence that it exists ( over 50% ) but isn't fully found
(Partially found) means there's evidence that it exists ( under 50% ) but isn't fully lost
(Unconfirmed) means the existence isn't found and we don't know if it's real
(Lost) means the media is lost forever and is the worst out of these as we will never truly know if it's existence is real
(Fanmade/Made Up) means that the media was a fanmade project for a singer, actor etc. or was made up by a bored person
