" I think you should give her a chance." The old man said with slightly shaking hands but an uncharacteristicly steady voice .
"Why would I ? Why should I? After all that she did ." Countered the dashing young man , whoes presence seemed to have made the old man look even more aged in comparison.
"Child that is not what I taught you." Said the old man , ruefully shaking his head .That was the thing with Asian parents or maybe parents in general, they believed that their children were to live there entire lives based on what they were taught rather than forming their own opinions.
Which seemed like a ridiculous idea but the species that was called parents was not apparently the most intelligent one , no matter what it liked to believe. The young man had a very strong urge to argue but he held himself back , swiftly changing the topic before the conversation, which was taking place in Korean, heated .
" I don't know why you still run this place dad . You should just retire and watch the dramas that you so much love ." He said with a tinge of irritation in his voice.
He had made himself very clear on several occasions that he did not enjoy seeing his father working at such an age but the old man had not relented to his son's wishes , no matter how many times the said conversation happened." Isn't the reason obvious? I love cooking and you do not retire from what you love . Can you think about quitting singing?" The old man reasoned .
But to his surprise, and not a pleasent one , his son did not immediately deny that idea . Though the question had been rhetorical but as passionate as he knew his son to be for singing, he would have loudly reacted to that as well."Is everything all right at....." Before the old man could complete his question, the bell chime hung at the door ringed loudly, announcing someone's arrival.
Now that was not expected. Father and son both looked up surprised because customers in this place were as rare as your award winning scratch card being actually useful.
Panic creeped inside the young man's heart.
" Don't tell me they found me here . Those fuc*ing bast*rds ." He cursed under his breath.
He had tried to be as discreet as he could be , so as to avoid the media and his so-called fans from discovering this place and following him here .
But seems like his efforts were not enough.Little did he knew what awaited him.

Siriya entered the place , a bell chime announcing her presence . As expected the place was nearly empty.....well nearly.
For there was a man , a very well dressed one at that , sitting on one of the bar stools arranged facing the open kitchen.
He looked at her with a very irritated look on his face but still his gaze held power .
The man was dressed in complete black, a thick black long coat which concealed a black shirt accompanied by matching trousers . Even his hairs were black .Siriya looked around, there were two to three more tables but they were set on the floor with sitting cushions arranged around them . She thought about sitting on one of those tables but well two things stoped her - She did not want to occupy an entire table to herself, which hardly seemed like a problem but the second and more important reason was she was very worried about proper Korean table etiquette. What if her legs gave up being forced to stay folded in those skin fit trousers before she could complete her meal .
It was then she realised that traveling somewhere foreign was not easy and it certainly did not help being this self-conscious.So she quietly made her way to the barstools and sat while consciously keeping a gap of one seat between the man and herself . The man let out a low grunt .
" Hello sir" she said while bowing her head slightly to the old man standing behind the counter.
The man nodded his head and handed her the menu which was to her utter disappointment completely written in Korean.
"I will take a few minutes" she said in a timid voice , feeling embarrassed and illetriate despite her doctorate degree .
The old man did not seem like he understood what she said but left anyway after saying a few words to the man beside her , which too were incomprehensible to her ears.
