Your Blue Light Canceled My Red Darkness

~Chapt. 3~

-Zayne's POV-

Holy fuck what are these things?!

I proceeded to stand up off of the table, eyes narrowing at the strange creature, which somehwat resembles a humanoid turtle.

"R-relax, I won't hurt you!" The turtle thing stammered.

"What in the fuck do you want? Answer me!" I barked, getting ready for combat. I took a good look at the humanoid turtle. It had green skin, like a damn turtle. There were bandages all over it's arms and legs, along with elbow and knee pads. It's face was decorated with a light purple mask.

"I'm Donatello, Donnie for short. My brothers and I found you unconscious while we were patrolling. Our leader asked me to patch you up. You nearly fractured your right tibia bone."

God fucking damnit. Can't people just realize that I can take care of myself?

I scoff. "So where am I?"

"Your in the sewers. Why?"

I nearly hurled at the thought of being in the sewers.

"What?!" I shouted.

"Relax, you get used to the smell."

At that moment, three other humanoid turtles walk into the room. I groan in frustration. They look like the purple fucker, just with different skin tones, height and mask colour. Are they quadruplets or what?

"What's with all this shouting, Donnie?" The blue masked one asked.

"I don't know. He won't stop shouting at me. He's just as bad as Raph."

"Why I oughta-" The red masked one started running at Donnie, to which Donnie screamed and started running around like a fucking headless chicken. I let out a snarky chuckle at the sight.

They're fucking stupid.

The blue masked one sighed and pinched his nose bridge. Wherever that is.

"Alright." Blue turtle turned to me. "I'm Leonardo, or Leo. What's your name?" He extended a three fingered hand for a handshake.

"Zayne Anderson." I crossed my arms, not taking the handshake. "And you better tell me what the fuck I'm doing here before I punch the shit out of you."

"Language!" Leo berated. I rolled my eyes.

"Woah! He looks so cool!" The orange masked one exclaimed. "I'm Michelangelo, or Mikey! I'm the funny one of the group." Mikey gave a big smile. He reminds me of my little brother, and that immediately sparked an unwanted protectiveness in me.

"The one who's currently chasing Donnie is Raphael, or Raph." Leo spoke. "I'm the leader, Donnie's the smart one, Raph's the warrior, and Mikey-" He was cut off by a water balloon splashing in his face.

"Is the master of pranks!" Mikey shouted. Is he ever going to shut up? He pulled out another water balloon from god knows where. He threw it at me, to which I stepped to the side and caught it with my hand, only resulting in the balloon popping in my hand and splashing some in my face.

I growled, just standing there. I wiped the water on my shirt. This day keeps getting weirder and weirder.

"Just don't tell anyone about us." Leo warned.

"Or we'll have to kill you." Raph joked sarcastically. Leo looked at him.

"No we won't." Leo glared at Raph.

"Can I just go home now? My mother's going to beat my ass." Leo glared at me.

This will be interesting.
