The bird, who introduces himself as Sprocket, explains that he was part of an older line of toys, long forgotten by the factory. The newer toys, like Catnap and Dogday, were made with updated mechanisms, leaving Sprocket and his kind to gather dust in the forgotten corners of the factory.
"I used to soar above the factory, singing to the children," Sprocket says, his voice full of longing. "But now, my wings are broken, and I can't fly anymore. The others... they've stopped moving altogether."
Catnap, his heart aching for the abandoned toy, steps forward. "We'll help you," he says firmly. "There must be a way to fix your wings."
Dogday, though hesitant, nods in agreement. "Yeah, we're pretty good at fixing things. Maybe we can get you back in the sky."
But as they set off to help Sprocket, they realize that restoring him may be more complicated than they thought. The factory is vast, filled with hidden dangers, and they must delve deeper into the forgotten sections—places where even they are uncertain of what they might find.
