Chrisen
"Porcia." I pouted, feeling ignored amidst her busy schedule.
Suddenly, her secretary knocked. "Ma'am, Mr. Aiken is here."
"Tell him we'll talk later over dinner." Porcia instructed.
My eyebrow rose. She's ignoring me, yet planning dinner with someone else?
"Tell him Porcia's not going with him," I said.
The secretary glanced at me, unsure.
Porcia dismissed my comment. "Go ahead and tell him what I told you."
I stood up, poised, and crossed my arms. "I'm leaving. I never knew you'd get old as a cheater, Porcia."
Her secretary's eyes widened.
Porcia's face reddened, her brows furrowed.
"Chrisen! Shit."
I exited, passing the secretary, and encountered a tall, handsome man holding flowers, likely for Porcia.
I approached him, seductively asked, "Hi, what's your name?" before touching his arm.
He seemed stunned.
"Chrisen!" Porcia suddenly grasped my hand, pulling me away.
Aiken, the man, looked surprised.
"Leave now, Aiken. I'll message you later," Porcia said firmly.
Porcia dragged me back into her office. "What are you doing, for Pete's sake, Chrisen?!"
She brushed her hair back using her fingers, frustrated.
"Stop flirting and be mature enough!"
I just smiled at her. She's really hot when she's out of control like this.
"You gotta be fucking kidding me," she muttered.
I giggled. "I came here to see you because I miss you, Porcia, and you're ignoring me!"
Porcia slammed her hand on the desk.
My phone vibrated. Cael was calling.
"Yah?" I answered.
"Want to grab lunch and watch a movie? School starts soon."
I beamed, relieved to escape Porcia's coldness. After the call, Porcia glared at me.
"I'm leaving you in peace, mommy."
"I can't believe this," she whispered. "You're really such a flirt, Chrisen! After what you did to Aiken, now you're going out with that loser boy-"
I interrupted, "Hold on, mommy. I'm not interested in Aiken. You can have your daddy later, but for now, I'll have mine since you're ignoring me."
I blew her a kiss. "Hasta la vista, mommy Porcia."
Porcia grasped my arm. "You're not going near that boy without me, you idiot!"
She handed me her white blazer. "Don't dress provocatively; I hate when they stare at you!"
"Don't worry, Porcia. I'm all yours!"
"Oh, for Pete's sake!" Porcia's adorable frustration made me giggle.
We left her office together, her grip on my arm tightening.
"Cancel all my appointments!" she ordered her secretary.
In the private lift, Porcia remained serious while I struggled to contain my smile.
