I woke up in the morning, I looked around taking in the nice surroundings as I stood up I pushed the covers to side letting out a stretch as also a yawn, I walked over to the blinds looking outside at this paradise of people, but I didn't like the fact we couldn't have weapons on us but that doesn't hide the fact that I have my knife but nobody is taking this from me and that's end of story because it was my moms knife.
I liked the view though of a happy place and not some sad looking area which I'm used to but this is something new and I love it already a place to call home. I walked out of my room downstairs, nobody was inside so I went outside to find daryl who was sitting on the ledge of the porch.
"good morning". I looked over at him as I crossed my arms looking at him.
"good morning, you slept long". he looked at me with a smile he seemed very unsure about this place he didn't even look happy but he looked happy to see me.
" hey um how do you feel about this place?" he looked away at his hands before he looked up at me." I don't know I don't like all the rules here, we need weapons walkers could break in here and we would all die". I gave him a nod knowing what he was feeling was true and that my whole group was differently feeling the same thing especially Rick.
" I know but I snuck a knife and if anything what if they pull something and we don't have a weapon". Daryl looked at me with a snugged looked.
" well keep the weapon hid just in case something happens". I gave him a nod before he looked away.
I looked at him before walking off to look around to see what everything was about

As I was walking I saw Carl hanging out with a few people there was a girl and a few guys. I saw Lucas with them as I walked over to Lucas.
"hey Lucas". he looked at me with a smile but I could feel Carls glare on me with anger or hatred though I know we have got a long a few times I know he still hates me.
"hey lil sis, how you holding up". I gave him a smile
" pretty good but who are they".
"this is Ron". he pointed at a blonde headed person."then this is Jake". he pointed at a man with black hair but I could feel his eyes going up and down on my body I just let it slide. " and this Ella". I looked at her and smiled.
"well hi I'm Enid Lucas sister". I waved slightly before looking at carl with a look of disgust I could tell he's gonna act different just because of his friends now.
"it was nice to meet you but I'm gonna go walk around". She smiled before Ella spoke up. "hey I'll show you around and we can chat". I gave her nod as we begin are walk around the place. It was pretty but it was getting late but it was even better.
