Chapter 21: Fighting a Damn Dragon

Amelias POV

I walked out and was blinded by the sun. I looked around to see hundreds of people in the stands. That helped my fear of this. I looked around trying to find the dragon only to find her right on top of her eggs and the golden one. I walk into her sight slowly she growls and shoots flames at me. I have to remember to not use the elemental powers that so happens to be the ones that can kill me if the public found out which might be a problem. I duck and role behind a huge rock. I try to remember a transfiguration spell as I sit there waiting for death herself to come find me at this point. I managed to remember it right when she comes around the corner of the rock. I run to another rock and transfigure the one closest to me into a dragon who should not be there. I run up to the eggs to get them but the dragon sees me and shoots flames at me. I wait for them to hit me and I feel the heat surrounding me.

I look around to see a shocked dragon and a quiet crowd. I look at the tent and see Charlie looking right into my eyes scared to death for me. It's not until I hear the cheers the I relax. I run into Charlies arms and he holds me tight. He looks at me and smiles proudly. I snuggle into his chest and held him tight.I was scared and he knew that as he wrapped his arms around me tighter. My worst fears came when Bagman walked back into the tent and saw me and Charlie along with the rest of the champions.

" All of you, that was amazing work. I would be proud of yourselves if I was you. Now the egg is the hint. All of you can go now I need to talk to Ms. Potter." Harry gave me a skeptical look but I nodded for him to go. Charlie on the other hand held onto me tighter, I was going to have bruises on my arms from how tight he was holding on to me.

" Now Ms.Potter that was amazing work you did with the fire around you, I just want to know how you did it." He asked with a suspisuious look on his face. I racked my brain for a spell that could work then I found one . " Well sir I used wandless magic and the flame freezing charm." I said confidently. He nodded and left. I let out a huge sigh of relief and Charlies grip lessoning but still tight. He turned me around so my head was on his chest. 

" That was too close my Lily flower please be careful I cant lose you." He says and I know almost instantly he was close to tears. I looked up at him and gave him a peck on the lips." I know I don't know what I would do without me too." I have a stupid smile on my face that gets more stupid when Charlie bursts out laughing." It worked I got you to laugh." I singsong Charlie laughs more and kisses the top of my head. The kiss reminds me of Skeeter.

" Charlie what are we going to do about Skeeter she had a picture of us. Do you think she will put it in the paper? " I ask him with a quiet voice." I think she will she needs more info on the eldest Potter. But It wont matter Amelia. It won't change anything about us you don't have to worry about her right now. Lets just celebrate your win." He tells me and I smile at him. Something pops in my head before  I could stop it. " Charlie you know I would never cheat on you let alone with one of your brothers." Charlie looked at me weird." Of course but why are you saying this?"  He asked with a worried look on his face. " Well you see I was walking with the twins and we heard a clicking of a camera I looked around and saw no one but it might have been her. I had my arms around their necks and Georges arm was on my waist. Fred was mad so he would not do it too. I worried she will put it in the Prophet to spread lies ." I look up to see Charlie laughing." What?"

" My Lily flower you have nothing to worried about and neither do I. I know that the twins don't like you like that, and you don't like them like that either. If I see something in the paper I will vouch for you I know you would not cheat and if she says that you have my permission to beat her up ,okay?" I make a noise between a laugh and a sob. I thought Charlie would hate me if rumors were made but he said he wont so now I'm happy. Charlie walks me back up to the school. She runs around and gives me  a hard and passionate kiss. " I have to go back but I will write to you and see you at the second task okay love." I nod and kiss him again. I felt him smiling against my lips and I smiled back. "  I Love you Charlie Weasley." " I love you too Amelia Potter."

Hey so this is a little short sorry I don't want to get caught by my mom who has no idea I have Wattpad so yeah. Also I needed to update this and finally found time so here is the update. Idk when I will update again or what I will write next but I will plan it this weekend. I hope everyone is liking this if you are not get off my page :-).
