Chapter 26: Preparing gone wrong

Hey so I realized that I made the second task before the yule ball and I hate myself for that but its fine the timeline is just fucked up. So they found out about the yule ball Slytherin did not get dance classes because can you really see Snape dancing? Yeah anyway the second task is going to be two days before the yule ball so the timeline is fucked up because of me sorry y'all

Amelia's POV

It was finally time for the Yule Ball. I was in the Gryffindor common room as that is where I seem to spend all of my time. The fat lady at this point just lets me in. And well I'm the head girl she doesn't care anymore. They let Charlie come onto castle grounds and he was just laying on the couch catching up with his brothers and sister. My mind was still on what Ginny told me. Why did the twins say that to Charlie did they think we would try to have kids soon. No that's not what I want at all. well that's what I think at least. I want kids someday but not so soon. Sometimes the twins confuse me.

"Amelia lets go now !" I hear Ginny yell. I look up to find Ginny, Hermione, Angelina, and Alicia all waiting for me at the stairs. 

" Already?" I asked confused we have four hours until the ball." Its only four why do we have to go know.?" I ask confused

" Well Hermione wants to do all of our hair but the muggle way and we don't know how long it will take her." Angelina says. That actually made sense.

" Oh well that makes sense." I say as I start to get up. I was pulled to the side by a pair of arms I know all too well." Yes Charlie?" I ask knowing he wants something.

" Nothing just want a kiss." He leans down and places a small kiss on my lips.

" Hey stop snogging my brother and lets get to the girls dorms so we can get ready." Ginny yells. Im pretty sure the whole common room heard as they all break out into laughter.

" Bye." I tell Charlie still bright red. I heard up the stairs fast wanting to get away from the noisy Gryffindors.

Break One I have to go to a football game 3:05 pm I'm back 9: 45 pm I'm posting this in the morning this is going to be a long chapter btw

As we walked up the stairs i saw Ginny was a step in front of me. I decided to go full slytherin and i pulled her hair pulling her backwards and falling into me. I caught her and dodged the punch she threw up at my face.

" Hey Ginny you have no right to punch me. i pulled your hair as revenge. No fighting me on that." I say with a smile as I push her off me and back upright.

" Okay fine i'm sorry for calling you and my brother out but was pulling my hair really necessary?" She asked still standing in the same spot. We agreed the last person there would have to get their hair done by me, not Hermione. 

" Yeah it was ." I say and shove past her. I run up the stairs and i think she realizes a little too late what im doing because as i open the door i see her just getting up the stairs. 

" Hey guys so who' s going first?" I ask seeing Alicia already in a chair and hermione behind her doing her hair. Angelina was in front of her doing her makeup. " Oh well i answered my own question. And I'm doing Ginny's hair and makeup because shes last." i say with a huge smile on my face.

" Poor Ginny." I hear Alicia mumble.

" Really Alicia did you really just say that? What's wrong with my makeup and hair skills?" I ask a little offended with what she said.

" No nothing bad it's just the way you do your hair and makeup everyday you never do anything nice it always looks messy. We thought you would suck at it." Angelina says it like it was obvious.
