Chapter 10 The High Prosecutor

(YN pov)

Thankfully, Hell's gates weren't too far from Lucifer's office. I don't know how much walking I could take. Azazel has been questioning Lucifer non-stop since the office. Lucifer scratched her chin while completely ignoring Azazel's questions. "I could've sworn there was another angel in Hell here, but I haven't left my office for several decades. I can't be asked to remember." Lucifer says. "Really?! Another angel has been down here?! If only I could find out who," Azazel says. "Another angel has been here? Intriguing." Generic says. Modeus then jumped up and hugged me from behind. "This harem is so large. There's so much potential for an orgy~" She whispers into my ear. "There's a zero percent chance of me doing that." I say while shooing Modeus away. Lucifer glances over at Justice. "Justice, I haven't seen you since our big fight with Beelzebub." She says. "Beelzebub?" I ask. "Oh, I should totally tell you the story. It's pretty awesome. Beelzebub tried to conquer Hell, so me and Lucifer kicked her ass and had her exiled." She says, while punching the air.

We finally arrive at the gate. It's massive and is surrounded by a purple aura. "We made it!" "Finally!" "The corruption of the mortal realm is in sight!" Cerberus says. Zdrada attempted to grab the handle, but she immediately pulled her hand back. "That hurt! I wanna feel it again~" She says. Zdrada stuck her hands further into the purple aura while cackling loudly. Malina groaned and plugged her ears from Zdrada's sultry yelling. "What's that?" I ask while pointing over to the aura. "Several decades ago, I had the gates magically enchanted so demons wouldn't be able to access the mortal realm so easily. We had several unfortunate events when sinners could leave freely. Luckily for us, the incantation doesn't apply to humans, so you'll be able to access the gate." Lucifer says. "Finally, I can already taste those pancakes and coffee." Monica says tiredly. After Malina pulled Zdrada aside, I walked up to the gate and brought my hand up to it.

The aura surrounding the door immediately disappeared. All the girls immediately gasped with excitement. "About time. I'm taking a one hundred year nap after this," Malina says while rubbing her back. Before I could open the gate, something immediately flies towards me. My body is completely wrapped in glowing white chains and I fall to the ground. A wicked and loud cackle then ripped through the air. "STOP RIGHT THERE! ANY SINNER WHO TAKES ANOTHER STEP IS A DEAD SINNER!" A female voice loudly says. "Great. Just what we need. More noise." Malina sarcastically says. A figure then landed in front of me. She looked a lot different from the others. Her skin is an ashy gray instead of pale white. Her eyes were a striking white instead of red. She was wearing a suit jacket that was ripped to expose her stomach, a thick belt with a pentagram medallion, and she was just in her underwear. No pants. "DID YOU REALLY THINK YOU COULD ESCAPE THAT EASILY?! YOU HAVE TO FACE DIVINE PUNISHMENT FIRST!" The demon says while staring down at me with a sadistic smile.

"Is that Judgement? How you doing kid?" Justice asks. "STOP CALLING ME A KID JUSTICE!" The demon called Judgement says. "Judgement, darling, this human is now my property, so I'd appreciate it if you let him go now." Lucifer says. Wait. Property?! "I UNFORTUNATELY CAN'T MY QUEEN! JUDGEMENT MUST BE MET!" Judgement says. Lucifer angrily narrowed her eyes. "I am the god damn queen of Hell! You're going to listen to me! Now!" She says. "YOU MAY BE THE QUEEN OF HELL BUT I'M A FALLEN ANGEL! I'M THE HIGH PROSECUTOR! I'M ABOVE TAKING ORDERS FROM EVERYBODY!" Judgement says while picking me up by my chains. "The current high prosecutor?!" Azazel says while eagerly taking notes. "I wish I was tied up right now~" Zdrada says. "Judgement's allowed to tie up (YN) and kidnap him, but I can't?" Modeus asks while glaring at Monica. Monica lets out a sigh of annoyance.

"The High Prosecutor? I don't know whether to be upset you tied up (YN) or bow out of respect." Generic says. "WHY DOESN'T ANYBODY LISTEN TO ME?!" Lucifer exclaims while clenching her fists. "I don't know." Malina says. Judgement then carried me off to some kind of pit and dropped me into it. The chains wrapped around me, then disappeared. Judgement then jumped up to a control panel. "ACTIVATE THE SIN MACHINE!" She says while pressing several buttons. Several openings around the walls of the pit began to glow a bright white. "(YN)!" The girls exclaim hopelessly. Several white chains then shoot out at fast speeds towards me and...Huh? I look and the chains are phasing through me with zero pain. "WHAT?! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! THOSE CHAINS SHOULD'VE TORN YOU TO PIECES!" Judgement says in disbelief. "Did you remember to put in fresh batteries?" Justice asks. "SHUT UP JUSTICE! FINE! INCREASING POWER!" Judgement says while pressing several more buttons. Brighter white chains shoot out and once again they phase through me.

"HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! YOU'RE A MORTAL! THESE CHAINS DESTROY ALL SINNERS!" Judgement says. "Did you ever consider (YN) is sinless?" Monica asks. "STICK TO YOUR PAPER WORK!" Judgement snaps back. She then turned to me and smiled sadistically. "FINE. IF DIVINE CHAINS CAN'T KILL YOU, THEN I WILL!" She says while pulling out more chains. She then lassoed me and pulled me up to her. She then brought back her hand and readied to attack. "ANY LAST WORDS?" She asks. I managed to charm the Queen of Hell, so all bets were off. "I really like your eyes." I say. She stopped and looked at me with confusion. "WHAT?" She asks while narrowing her eyes. "And that outfit. Girl, you're working it." I say. Judgement struggled to answer from confusion. She let go of me and let me drop to the floor. "SO, YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST CHARM ME LIKE THE REST OF YOUR PRECIOUS HAREM? DO YOU THINK I AM THAT FOOLISH?!" Judgement says. "Judgement, you did not just call your queen a fool!" Lucifer says.

"Maybe, but I'm not doing it maliciously. I want to know you better." I say. Judgement stared at me, confused. "YOUR HUBRIS AS A HUMAN IS YOUR OWN SUFFERING. YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD JUST WALTZ INTO HELL AND MAGICALLY CONQUER EVERYONE IN IT?! EVEN ME?! HOW FOOLISH ARE YOU?!" Judgement says while staring down at me. "Only foolish thing I did was not meeting you sooner. Judgement's eyes widened, and she tried to hide her face. "STOP SAYING THINGS LIKE THAT!" She says. She then let out a long groan and glanced over at the others. She then snapped her fingers and the surrounding chains disappeared. "FINE. YOU'RE FREE TO GO. RUN ALONG NOW." She says. A couple seconds pass and Judgement looks at me with confusion when I don't leave. "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? YOU HAVE YOUR LIFE, YOU HAVE YOUR HAREM. RUN ALONG NOW." She says. "I'm not going without you." I say. A visible blush spread across Judgement's face. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN?" She asks. "I want you to come with us. To the human world." I say.

"YOU WANT ME TO JOIN YOUR HAREM? WHY WOULD I GO WITH YOU?" She asks. "Look, you seem kind of lonely, so I figured you'd want some company. If you come with us, you can stay at my house and have all the pancakes, coffee, and RPGs you want." I say. Judgement stops and seems to think for a bit before answering. "FINE. I CAN POSTPONE YOUR PUNISHMENT AND DEATH BUT JUST KNOW THAT WHEN YOU DIE YOU'LL GO THROUGH A ETERNITY OF PAIN. WOULD YOU REALLY WANT TO SHARE A ROOF WITH SOMEONE DESTINED TO KILL AND TORTURE YOU?" She says. "Yes." I answer nonchalantly. Judgement freezes and looks at me with shock. "Well, I might as well give it a shot." Judgement says while shutting off the sin machine. We come back down and rejoin the others. "Smooth (YN)." Justice says while giving me a thumbs up. "With that annoying detour over. Shall we go now?" Monica says. "We shall." I say. I walk up to the gate and pull it open. The gateway is just a bright white void. "What are we waiting for? My pancakes are waiting." Lucifer says as she and the others walk through the gate. I look around Hell one last time before stepping through the gate.

I'm finally going back home.

(I nearly delayed this chapter, but I pushed through it for all of you. We still have a bit more content after this, so you can expect a couple more chapters before this is over. Anyway, peace out and stay beautiful :)
