It was a dark, rainy night in Hawkins, Indiana. Oliver, a scientist at Hawkins National Laboratory, was about to leave for the night when all of a sudden the lights started flickering. As the lights were flickering he saw a tall shadow at the end of the hall. As it began to get cold, small particles filled the air. The shadow started to move towards him very quickly. It was coming. It was hungry for blood. Scared for his life, he bolted to the elevator. He skidded to a stop and slammed into the wall next to the elevator. He frantically pressed the button. When finally the elevator door opened he rushed in and he spammed the 'close door button'. He couldn't seem to catch his breath. Right as the door began to close, a loud growling sound bellowed from the tall silhouette. The monster grabbed Oliver's head and snatched him out of the elevator, dragging him into the darkness. As the lights fizzled out, the screams of Oliver faded.
