While I was still in the kitchen I remembered that I had planned to surprise him as his birthday was approaching. So I called him.

He picked up the phone but didn't say anything
"Hello Prateek?"
"Hi Alisha."
It was Nehal.. but why has she picked up Prateek's phone and where is he?
"Hi Nehal"..."Prateek kaha hai?"

"Prateek just abhi bhar gaya hai.. jaise ata hai mai bol dugi tumhara call aya tha."
(Prateek just went out.. I'll inform him about your call when he is back.)
"Acha thik hai" "Btw tum kaha ho.. kafi time se bat nhi hui hamari."

"Vo actually mere exams chal rhe hai na toh mai prateek se kuch samajhne ayi thi."
(Actually my exams are going on and I came to prateek to clear some doubts)

"Han mai bata dugi prateek ko ki tumhara call aya tha jaise vo ata hai."

Prateek didn't tell me he was helping her.🫤
I was about to exit the kitchen and there I found bhai looking at me with a frown.
"Ab apko kya hua"
(Now what happened to you)
"Mumma Papa ne kia tha na vo?"
(Mumma Papa did that, right?)
"Bhai yar chodo is bat ko"

"Tune bola tha ki ghr chal ke bataugi, toh ab bata kya hua tha."
(You said you'll tell me after we reach home, now tell me what had happened)
I was still for a sec then I said
"Han mumma papa ne kia tha "
(Yes mumma papa did this)
Then I told him the whole story but he didn't say anything and hugged me. And there I broke down in tears. All the time when he wasn't here with me they had done worse than what they did last week. But I always cried the whole night then the next day I had to pretend like my life was going just perfect and put a fake smile on my face so that no one knows what's going on in my mind. But whenever bhai is with me I'm safe from all those tortures. All the time when he was here he always made sure they never harm me physically but then when he was gone no one was here to protect me. It was just me, sometimes I wonder if I'm actually their own daughter.

"Shh calm down bacha. No one will harm you now, now your bhai is with you na. He won't let anyone do anything ok. "
Alisha remained quiet and just nodded her head. He wiped her tears and told her to go upstairs.
While Alisha went upstairs Krish pulled out his phone from his pocket and dialed a no.

"Hello Mr. Singhania" Krish said on call to his father.
"Krish you are back I'm so happy, me and your mother will reach home by 10 pm tonight."
"Yea come soon I'm also waiting for you both."

Saying this he hung up the call.
Later That Night
Krish headed towards the kitchen for some juice for Alisha.
He picked up the glass and poured some juice in it. And headed towards her room.
In Alisha's Room
Alisha was sitting near the window immersed in deep thoughts. When Krish reached near her room door.
Krish knocked on her door and upon hearing a come in entered inside her room.
He offered her some juice.
"Arey ye toh mai apke liye lekar arahi thi".. "But fir bhool gai "
(Ohh I was bringing this for you.. but then I forgot)
"Koi na ab tu pi mai bad mein pi lu ga"
(It's ok now you drink this I'll drink some later.)
"And yea start packing your stuff you are going somewhere."
"Really where are we going" she said getting all excited
"Not we but you"
"Hoo ap aate ke sath hi aise apni bhen ko ghar se nikal rhe ho sharam ni ati." She said dramatically
(Hoo don't you feel ashamed that you are kicking your own sister out of the house right after coming back)
"Ho gaye Tere drame"
( Are you done with your dramas)
"Par mai jarahi hu aur mujhe hi nahi pata""At least tell me where you sending me"
( But I'm going and I don't know I'm going)
"Tu vapis Jaipur ja rahi h..Tujhe yaad hai na Teri chutiya khatam hone vali hai."
(You are going back to Jaipur.. You remember that your holidays are about to get over.)
"Arey vo toh 1 week bad khatam thi na ."
(Yea but wasn't that supposedly ending after 1 week)
"Han par kafi staff chutti par tha aur unhe hospital staffs ki zarurat thi toh unhone chutiya jaldi over kar di."
(Yea but a lot of staff was on leave and they were in need of some hospital staff so they are calling everyone before.)
"Acha par asa phele kabhi nhi hua."she mumbled it to herself
"Thik h karti hu packing start"
(Really but it's the first time something like that is happening.)
(Ok I'll start packing)
"Hnm"
With that he exited her room while closing the doors behind and headed towards the kitchen to grab something to eat.
Just when he was about to go to the kitchen he heard a horn which indicated that his parents had arrived.
So he first went to them and without greeting them said
"Alisha is going back to Jaipur Tomorrow morning."
