I lay in bed in anticipation for my Hogwarts letter. Unable to sleep I lay awake staring at the glow in the dark stars on the ceiling my father got me from a muggle shop a couple months ago.
I just started to fall asleep when I heard pecking on my window. I twisted the handle and popped the window open only for a beautiful white owl to drop a letter in my lap.

Dear Ms. Harper Bane
We are pleased to INFORM you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and oquipment.
Term begins ON 1 September. We await your owl by No later than 31 July.

"Mum!! Dad!!"
I know they might kill me for waking them in the middle of the night but I couldn't contain my excitement.
"I got my letter!"
"That's wonderful sweetheart. Now off to bed so we can go to diagon ally for your things tomorrow.
"Goodnight!" I went to bed nearly too excited to sleep. My parents both went to Hogwarts as kids. So I was no stranger to the wizarding world of things.
I got up the next morning after getting dressed and took the stairs two at a time I stopped short at the hushed voices from the kitchen. I hear my mom and dad but there is a third and fourth voice that I can't place.
Mrs Bane you needn't worry about her being at Hogwarts we have taken precautions.
Precautions? What is she talking about?
The older ladies voice stops and is replaced by an older man.
I assure the both of you that our professors show the utmost professionalism and that will not interfere with your daughter and her life at Hogwarts.
"If she ever found out about it-"
I stepped out of the shadow confused
"Found out about what daddy?"
"Ah miss Harper it is a true honor to meet you. I was just discussing different things about Hogwarts and all the professors you will be meeting."
The old man with the long beard spoke
"What a beautiful young lady you are."
"Thank you ma'am."
The old lady chuckled
No need for such formality I am professor McGonagell and this is headmaster Albus Dumbledore.
"Hi! I wonder what house I'll be in Mum was in Griffyndor and daddy was in Ravenclaw!."
"Well we shall see my dear child."
And this was just the beginning.
I'm so excited to be posting this book as it is September I've been lots into #dracotok and in the spirit of the fall weather coming in and the holidays around the corner I wanted to post my own story. I hope at least one person can get on here and enjoy my random thoughts about Draco. Love y'all thanks for reading!
