Episode - 18

"Why are you here, hyung?"

The both youngers argued to help for the village anniversary with Yoongi. Giving up, Yoongi has to agree and tells both of them to work together. At present, along with those three, there are other people of the village who are also contributing in this occasion. But instead of concentrating on work, Taekook is busy talking to each other, or rather, Arguing again.

Taehyung makes an innocent look, "Me? I am here... to help Yoongi hyung. After all.... this is my village too."

Jungkook widens his eyes at the second younger, "But I have never seen you so desperate before. If you wanted, you could have gone back home when Gi refused. But no, you came here. Why?"

"I..... just wanted to help...."

"Are you sure?" (promoting KookVMin reality show 😂)

The second younger nods his head, "Hmm.... Yes."

Taehyung doesn't say anything in front of Jungkook right now because he wants to share his feelings with Yoongi first.

"Fine." Feeling relaxed, Jungkook says, "You can do whatever you want, hyung. But just don't interfere with what I am about to do. Okay?"

"What are you..... going to do, Kookie?" The second younger asks nervously.

Jungkook smiles at his hyung, "You will know the day after tomorrow, hyung. Surprise, Surprise!"

"Have you both come here to help in the work or to pass the time?" Yoongi shouts angrily at the both youngers from a distance.

Jungkook shouts back at Yoongi, "Don't worry, Gi hyung. I am here. I will handle everything for you." then throws a flying kiss towards his adorable hyung.

"This boy has no shame at all." Yoongi shakes his head in defeat and resumes his work, and seeing this, the others chuckle hard.

"Don't do this again, Kook."

Jungkook looks around to see who said this, and that too in an intense voice. But his eyes are surprised when he sees an angry Kim Taehyung staring at him.

"Did YOU just..... say that weird line to me, Tae hyung?" The younger looks confusingly at his hyung.

Taehyung takes a deep breath, "You may not find this strange but..... Yoongi hyung has a problem with your acts. You may be taking it in a fun way but for him.... your actions are no less than a headache."

Jungkook chuckles in disbelief, "I think you are misunderstanding that....."

"No... I am not." Interrupting Jungkook, Taehyung continues, "Whether you believe it or not, everything I said is true. You just annoy Yoongi hyung just for your entertainment. And I don't think it's your love for him. You want to be with him because you are used to grabbing attention. So it's better than teasing hyung......."

"ENOUGH......."

Suddenly hearing Jungkook's angry and husky voice, Taehyung stops from saying anything further.

"Just because I am not saying something does not mean that I will not say anything. And who are you to call my feelings hollow?" The younger looks at his hyung with aggressive eyes.

Taehyung gets nervous again, "I.... I didn't...."

"Now you listen to me, hyung." Jungkook continues, "I have said it before and I am saying it again. My love for Gi is absolutely true and it doesn't f**king matter to me whether anyone else accepts it or not. I tease him because...... Only I can tease him."

Taehyung gets nervous after hearing Jungkook's words but he still keeps courage within himself and stands looking into the younger's eyes.

"No matter what you say..." Taehyung says, "Yoongi hyung won't say Yes to you."

Jungkook chuckles again, "Why? How can you be so sure, hyung?"

Taehyung takes a deep breath again, "Because I am.... going to tell him..... my feelings."

Hearing this, Jungkook's sarcastically smiling face suddenly turns serious.

Jungkook frowns his eyebrow, "Are you saying that you like........"

"I love Yoongi hyung." Taehyung completes Jungkook's words, "And I think he likes me too."

Jungkook stares at Taehyung for 2 minutes and then suddenly starts laughing.

"Wh-Why are you laughing?" Taehyung asks confusingly.

Jungkook controls himself and looks at his hyung, "Well.... You are totally in delusion, hyung. You think Gi likes you."

"Yes.... I am sure."

"Fine....." Jungkook comes face to face with Taehyung and continues, "Let's see who Yoongi hyung likes with a challenge."

Taehyung gets confused, "Challenge?"

Jungkook nods his head, "Yeah. I had planned that on the day of the village anniversary, I would stand on the stage and propose to Gi in front of everyone. But now......we both will tell our feelings to him and then let's see who hyung accepts. So is the challenge accepted?"

Taehyung starts thinking as he is not sure to move further with this younger's weird challenge.

"If you are scared......"

"I am in." Taehyung takes a deep breath and looks at Jungkook, "I accept this challenge."

Jungkook smirks, "That's interesting, hyung. You have become much bolder than before. It seems that living with me has had an effect."

"No. It's Yoongi hyung's effect." Taehyung says, correcting Jungkook.

Jungkook rolls his eyes, "Okay. But Gi should not know this at all. Otherwise both of us will lose our chances. Got it?"

Taehyung nods his head in agreement, "There will be no problem from my side. You just pay attention."

"Let's see then."

Saying this, Jungkook goes to work on the other side jumping with joy and Taehyung keeps looking at him seriously.
