"That was quite the acting Myungsoo I see why they cast you often." Dongwoo stated.
"Seriously it's like you're a different person. What's your secret?" Sungyeol asked.
"I just play pretend. If you want to get into acting you then you need to put yourself in your character's shoes. Imagine their pain, their goals, their hopes. I'm a visual person so I like to visualize what the other person is feeling." Myungsoo explained.
"That's way too much thinking brother. All you need to memorizing your lines over and over til it becomes second nature. That's how I prepared myself when I was doing Reply 1997." Hoya adds.
"That's very similar to how I act in variety shoes. With a little caffeine and some fancy clothes and a bit of love from my yeobo and then I'm all ready. There's a lot of idols that appear there and many of them feel nervous. It's up to me to welcome them." John explained.
"That's so fascinating!! I never knew there was a process!" Sungjong gasped.
"It's almost like how we practice. We always try to visualize how the dance choreography works in our head. That's why I always say imagination comes a long way!" Sungkyu chuckled.
"Yes that is how it goes. I'm sure the hoobaes does the exact same way. Acting isn't for everyone, unless you have dedication then it's really difficult. Hoya and I just happen to enjoy our jobs." Myungsoo said.
"Sounds like you all are in a good mood today. You look very lovely today boys." Jongyeop arrived greeting the boys. They all collectively bowed at their CEO.
"What brings you here today sir?" Sungkyu asked.
"I just want to process. The trainees are getting ready for inevitable debut so I thought I could show a taste of what they are going to do." Jongyeop said as about ten or so male trainees greeted the seniors.
"Daeyeol!?"
"Hyung!!"
The two brothers reunited in a jolly show of affection. Lee Daeyeol is Sungyeol's younger brother who joined Woolim around the time his brother was debuting. For six years he watched his brother become the most beloved. When he told his hyung that they were preparing a debut project he instantly celebrated.
"That's wonderful news I'm so proud of you." Sungyeol said with pride.
"Annyeong Sungyeol sunbae. If you're wondering about Dongyeol well I heard from a friend of me that he is okay." Bowed Choi Sungyoon, front of Daeyeol.
"We've been working extra hard to debut." Sixteen year old Bomin said with an energetic smile.
"I hope the friends are treating you well Jaehyun-ah. You've grown a lot since I last saw you." John said in English.
"It's still a lot of work. I still feel like the odd one out." Jaehyun spoke in fluent English. Having grown up a bit in America he has a hybrid of cultural identity. Though the main difference is where John spent his entire youth in Chicago, Jaehyun only went there for schooling.
He speaks with an accent, but otherwise he is fluent.
"It's been loads of work but we're getting there. We can't wait until we perform alongside you hyungs." Busan boy Jibuem stated.
We're all getting ready!" Joochan adds.
The Woolim boys watched their journey perform the official dance choreography as a taste of what their future is going to be. Next year will the trainees finally debut.
