"Bey, I know you fuckin lying to me." Kelly says.
"I'm not." I sigh staring at the ceiling.
"You really let that girl get you pregnant..." Michelle sighs shaking her head. "We told you to stay away from that girl."
"We definitely said it multiple times." Kelly agrees.
"I don't need a lecture right now." I huff. "I'm already beating myself up."
My mom's voice keeps echoing in my head;
"Your body is a temple, Giselle. Don't be a slut."
"You right. Our bad... You gone keep it?" Kelly asks.
"I don't know. I never really thought I would have an unplanned pregnancy as a lesbian." I admit. "I think I want to keep it but if I do that I'll have to tell Megan."
I can't believe I'm carrying a stranger's baby. Fuck me.
"I'm sure it'll be fine." Michelle says softly.
"Yeah. Tori says she's a good person just broken." Kelly says reminding me that I'm pregnant by my best friend's little sister's ex girlfriend.

"Church was canceled tonight." She says laughing again.

Megan - a day after finding out that Bey is pregnant:
"You got a bitch pregnant? HOW?" Latto asks.
Ima let her slide on calling Beyoncé a bitch because she's in shock right now but what the fuck she mean 'how'?
"Alyssa." I deadpan raising an eyebrow.
"Like I know you got a dick or whatever but it works?!" She asks confused.
"This bitch stupid on gang." Glo chimes in passing me the blunt.
I take a long pull before passing it to Latto.
"You know my shit works, bro what the fuck are you talking about?" I ask her equally confused.
Mind you, she's known me since I was 4.
"I didn't know your semen had sperm in it. I thought it was just... juice." She says taking a puff and passing back to Glo.
"Hold up. Semen and sperm ain't the same shit?" Glo asks.
They both stupid as fuck.
"Nah, bitch. Semen got sperm in it. It's like how all squares are rectangles but all rectangles ain't square." Latto explains.
"Okay, the point is; She don't think ima take this serious. I don't want her to think I'm not gone be there for her and the baby." I sigh.
"Are you?" Glo asks passing the blunt back to me.
I puff and pass it to Latto.
"Of course I am." I respond exhaling a cloud of smoke.
"So the only thing you can do is be there when she lets you. Y'all can build trust." Latto shrugs passing the blunt to Glo. "But don't play with her, bro. I know how you are."

"I'm not gone play with her. I'm off that." I tell them.
"Period. Then I think y'all will be fine." She says.
"I hope so."
"Hold up... what you mean about them squares and rectangles?" Glo asks.
I take the blunt and put it out. That's enough for today.
